Thought of everything: 7 browning levels and 3 automatic programmes are available. So you can easily reheat cold toast or even toast frozen toast directly – and you can also look forward to bagels! The bagel function with bread slice centring allows delicious bagel toast results – roasted inside and crispy on the outside!
Perfect toast enjoyment: With the soft lift function and the lifting function, even smaller slices can be gently lifted out of the toaster after the toasting process is complete. Crumbs simply land in the removable crumb tray, so you can enjoy your toast directly

Title: Died within the first month of use
Review: This toaster stopped working within about 20 uses. The lever won’t stay down, as if it’s not plugged in. That’s not the problem, these things happen. But good luck in getting ANY response off Amazon or Zwilling. Its been 7 days of trying online forms, customer support emails, a published phone number that doesn’t work and social media (Who autodirect you to the former options). A disaster that doesn’t look like it will be resolved 😢

Le mécanisme est le même que tous les grille-pains d’entrée de gamme.Depuis le premier jour, le curseur pour descendre le pain a été difficile à manipuler. Au bout de quelques semaines, il est cassé: il ne reste plus enclenché. Cela semble être un problème connu si j’en crois d’autres commentaires, et lié à la conception du produit.Le service après-vente semble faire la sourde-oreille au moment de rembourser, je n’ai plus de nouvelles de leur part malgré mes relances.Au vu du prix et de la renommée de la marque, je m’attendais à une meilleure performance et un meilleur SAV, je suis déçu.Mon précédent grille-pains acheté en grande surface aura duré 120 fois plus longtemps pour le cinquième du prix…
