Title: Which I got a curved screen sooner!
Review: I have had a 34” ultrawide for a few years and sometimes viewing text at the edges can be a bit difficult. My sons always raved about his curved screen so after an hour settled on this one and wow what a difference! It’s decently bright, loads of connections and shows my games perfectly.Only 1 downside is I have a single dead pixel which I’ve never had in 20 yrs of IT but its location is not worth me returning it as it’s right in the very corner out of the way. As per other reviews, sound quality is very poor. Use an external speaker.

Title: Pretty good for the money
Review: If you wear headphones, great. If you are going to be relying on the built in speakers…. Don’t. They’re awful. Other than that the graphics are pretty good. Remember, a 2k monitor doesn’t display 2k resolution on consoles. Consoles run at either HD (1080) or 4k.

Title: Really pleased with this affordable 1440p monitor!
Review: Bought this monitor in early May 2024 after returning another. The monitor meets my light to moderate gaming needs, pairing well with G-sync functionality. Colours are bright and vibrant, good darks, very responsive refresh rate and crystal clear. The monitor does provide a basic speaker functionality which is very basic and frankly wasn’t needed by me, although it would do a short term job if you don’t have alternative sound options. The stand is easy to assemble and not bulky or overly obtrusive compared to other monitors. Connectivity is great with DP and HDMI ports, I personally used my own slightly more flexible higher quality DP lead, as the one provided with the monitor is a little chunky and stiff to use out of the ports which sit in the bottom portion of the monitor and are slightly visible from the front. Overall, after almost two months of use I’d give this monitor an overall solid 9/10 as a reliable, vibrant and satisfying display which meets all of my 1440p gaming needs and general browsing etc. Can highly recommend, especially if the monitor comes in at or under £180 GBP on a sale.

Title: You get what you pay for
Review: For the price, this product is amazing, I saw someone say that you can’t output 1440p at 165hz, and they are wrong. You can do 2k at 165hz, and there is an included displayport cable that allows you to do so. If you know what you’re doing and read about the product you won’t have any issues.The sound is also pretty bad but you can get used to it if you only need to play something on occasion, and since I normally use headphones and I assume everyone too also uses headphones or earphones, it’s not like it will be that drastic, and it’s useful to have.The monitor seems to have thick bezels going all the way round the monitor (about half a cm -ish), which the product says will go away when you are using pc, however I did not find that to be the case, and it did not make my experience using the monitor any worse. However, there is one issue with the monitor which is the reason I am returning it, and that is ghosting. Let me preface by saying that in terms of ghosting, it isn’t that bad, however, I have built a very expensive pc, and I want my monitor to be able to display in the best way possible. I will be buying a monitor with the same specs but for 100 pounds more from a more known brand, to see if it will be better. The ghosting doesn’t practically exist in light environments, but gets worse when you move to darker backgrounds, and I don’t know how to measure ghosting in metrics, but I’ll give it a shot – if you go to the ufo ghosting test website, and open it, at 960 pixels a second, the top line of UFOs, had a “trail” or “shadow” about the length of a CM, whereas the middle had maybe half a cm and the bottom had next to nothing. The ghosting isn’t that noticeable, giving you could just describe it as motion blur, and since I haven’t yet had a better monitor I can’t tell you if it is truly not noticeable, as I haven’t ever in my life experienced zero ghosting as my previous monitor was about 3 times worse. Overall I would recommend this monitor, it’s great, and the ghosting is not going to be an issue for most, only hardcore enthusiasts. I don’t know if I can edit reviews, but once I get my new monitor, if I can edit, and the difference in ghosting isn’t noticeable, then I will come back and change to a 5star.

Title: Get what you pay for I guess
Review: After no actual reviews apart from the Amazon vine reviews where they get the item for free I was sceptical about ordering this as I found no reviews or tests anywhere else on the internet.I got the monitor as I just upgraded to a series X and wanted to make most of the new power for a small cost. What this monitor fails to tell you is yes it will run at 1440p and 144hz but no at the same time meaning you will have 144hz but only at 1080p or 1440p but only at 60hz. Of course this is just from a Xbox review and unsure on if pc would be different.The monitor itself is ok in terms of a new item. Unfortunately misses out on being great due to only needing to spend £100 more on a branded known model.The togel button on back is a nice feature but can be annoying as if you want to turn up volume you have to go through a few different settings.Unfortunately will be returning item tomorrow as it’s not as advertised as 1440p at 144hz and will spend a little extra on a more well known brand.Overall if you just starting out and want a monitor that doesn’t have all the bells and whistles this will be a good item as it does play FPS games better than a TV. But don’t buy if thinking you grabbing a steal of a deal.

Review: I was a little wary about this brand but decided to try it after a lot of research. It was super easy to put together, took like 5 minutes. The display port cable was a little short, only 5ft so I did buy a new one. (1.4) I didn’t have to adjust the color settings at all, every game I’ve played looks fantastic with no ghosting or tearing. It does have a very slight lean to the left but after the first day I don’t notice it at all anymore, most people probably wouldn’t have noticed it in the first place unless you plan to use more than one monitor. The speakers aren’t good, but not the worst either, however this is the case for almost all built in speakers and was not a big deal for me as I use external speakers.The only thing I would really note in case you’re not tech savvy at all is that if you have an Nvidia graphics card, make sure it’s one of the ones that can support freesync before you settle on this one!

Review: Compré este monitor porque era el más económico de los que cumplía con los requisitos de resolución y pulgadas que estaba buscando.Y ciertamente quedé más que impresionado: la calidad de visualización es espectacular, tien un audio bastante decente (sabemos que en la mayoría de monitores no son su punto fuerte), la curvatura para juegos o pelis es muy inmersiva; e incluso permite poner 2 entradas diferentes.La tasa de refresco es óptima, dispone de ‘free sync’ y tiene lo de ‘luz azul’ para que no canse a la vista.Y en cuanto al diseño, pues es realmente bonito y entra por la vista al primer instante.Si tuviera que ponerle algún pero (además del sonido que ya he comentado) es el menú, que es algo complicado; pero ciertamente, lo recomiendo al 100%.Lamentablemente, lo he tenido que devolver porque no lo quiero para jugar ni ver pelćulas, sino para trabajar (programación). Y 1500 de curva en esas pulgadas se me hacía incómodo.Me he quedado muy apenado de haberlo devuelto, quizás en algún momento disponga de un ‘set up’ exclusivamente ‘gamer’; y, sin duda, lo pillaría de nuevo. Lo malo es que seguramente ya haya subido de precio porque con esas prestaciones, no existe nada parecido en ese rango de precio.Y el soporte del vendedor es también genial: tremendamente amable, educado, atento y muy profesional.
