Review: I was so happy to find these eyebrow pencils on Amazon. YBF your best friend was originally on a home shopping network and I ordered them to try because I was not happy with the one I was currently using. That was 15 years ago. They are a generic taupe color and can be pale for blondes or darker depending on your coloring and preference. My makeup would not be complete without them.

Review: I have used this pencil repeatedly. It’s the perfect middle of taupe, so a light handed so approach will be light, and a heavier hand will be darker. Fine point for easy line work. Also nice for filling in. Long lasting, but comes off easily with normal face wash.

Review: THE GOOD – the pencil is wonderful – overall great value for the money.1. It blends very well even with my changing hair (it’s naturally two shades of brown, and now with some white hair).2. The brush can make or break the make up. This one has a great brush that blends the pencil just right and adds enough fade/gradual shifts that the eyebrows look very natural. Some brushes are too harsh or too sparse, making for uneven looking coverage. This is goldilocks just right.3. Very convenient to carry. I’ve got one at home, work, and in my backpack. Love it!THE BAD1. It can get spotty over time. You’ll need to touch it up if you’ve been out a few hours.2. It doesn’t seem to mix well with sunscreen – apply the sunscreen first, wait a bit, then apply the pencil. Otherwise you’ll end up with some smudging and disappearing lines.3. It loses cohesion – what I mean by this is that the first application looks natural, but throughout the day, I can tell that it looks more like pencil residue.
