Title: Brilliant Cameras And Excellent Customer Service
Review: Very impressed with these Cameras, easy installation, video quality is very clear both night and day view, great value for money. I have 16 cameras in operation, been using them for 2 years now. Just purchased another 4, have had a bit of trouble with one of them and contacted the online support though the ubox app. Response was fast, spoke to Joey who was absolutely amazing and has resolved my issues. Highly Recommended if your looking for video cameras without need for main power supply & WiFi. Also, if you choose not to use the cloud video, I would recommend buying SanDisk sd card, cheaper cards need formatting all the time & you could end up losing footage. Thanks again Joey for your support in getting my camera up and running smoothly!

Title: Does the job
Review: Easy to set up, I bought a 128gb data sim for a year. Had the camera since March. The battery has not yet gone flat despite some cloudy weather. App is easy to work and was easy enough to add my daughter so she could log in. I’m on apple and she’s on android. Camera moves well and zooms in and out. Picture is ok but that might be due the signal where it’s located. Perhaps a better signal would give a better resolution? And it is nice to be able to log on and check the horses are ok.

Title: Great system, and great customer service
Review: I bought the double set of cameras and set them up with solar panels, one then stopped working with the night vision for no reason. I contacted the customer service through the system app which was really easy to use and the person who helped me, Joey, was exceptionally good and efficient not only at answering my queries but with rectifying the problem and sorting a replacement unit in under 3 days. Really happy across the board!

Title: Easy installation and set up
Review: Product appears to do exactly what it’s supposed to, I got two cameras following theft from my property and I’m now able to monitor the areas remotely. I can also hear sounds near the device and speak to anyone nearby.Only slight issue so far is detection of rainfall even on low sensitivity setting.

Title: Design flaw in mount
Review: Once mounted, it seems impossible to remove without snapping the lugs in the mounting bracket. So once it is in situ, that’s it! You can’t move it anywhere else unless you snap the mounting bracket, and then you can’t mount it without a new bracket, which don’t seem to be available anywhere. Think hard if this is what you want – if so, it’s a great camera, simple to set up. Why it is designed like this is a mystery!

Review: The two pack deal is reasonable price but the video quality does not compare to the Solium camera we’re also using on our property. Other than that the cameras seem to be very comparable. I like the preview screen that pops up with motion detection (not offered with ourvother camera). The customer service is exceptional!Edit: I emailed customer service because y camera went offline and I accidentally purchased two data packages Kiki fixed the camera remotely, refund the money, registered my cameras for a 3 year warranty and even sent me a 64gb memory card. The customer service is top tier!
