Review: For an ironing board, this is quite good for what is designed to do. But for installation in a standard United States interior walls and most exterior walls you will need a mounting board attached to the studs at 16” centers. The ironing board mounting holes are much narrower than standard home 16” centers.

Review: I’m so glad I got this. I have a very small sewing room and this was a perfect option for me for my ironing board. My husband is a carpenter so the install was no problem for him. But I think if I had needed to do it, I could have done with maybe another pair of helping hands. It seems sturdy enough and I like that I can store the iron right on it when it’s folded up.

Review: The ironing board and bracket are well made and solid. However the iron holder is not meant for many of today’s modern irons. I have a standard size newer iron and it nowhere near fits. Maybe a compact iron or a old fashioned one might work.
