Title: What a pain to setup
Review: Unlike the light bulbs these are not so easy to setup.Change the router setting to 2.5g , disable 5gSelect wifi . De-select . Select the plugs wifi. De-select . Wow what a pain! But got there in the end

Title: Good product
Review: It is a good product. Synced relatively easily and adds to my growing list of wiz products. For some room rooms these products are really useful. I use plugs and lamps in the lounge so I can turn everything off without going behind the TV to unplug and turn lamps off individually etc. Good for kids rooms and landings. You don’t need them in every room just a few.

Title: Product ok – support awful
Review: These products are allegedly covered by a 2 year warranty, but please do not buy with confidence feeling that means you will be supported or repairs/replacements/refunds offered if things go wrong.I have over 50 Wiz devices in my home (but will be replacing them all shortly). 2 of them are faulty, and have been for quite some time. I have tried on numerous occasions to reach out for support, but the experience is so frustrating. Email support takes days to reply, and completely ignore any information you give them, instead repeating the same steps over and over again for you to try. I feel like I am being gaslighted by these guys. Presumably, they do this so you will eventually give up.You have been warned. These products appear to be a reasonable bargain, but the support on offer is so poor they are simply not worth it.

Title: Great value for money and works really well, but a pig to set up
Review: This is an absolute pain to set up and have the app recognise it. It’s not a wifi signal strength issue, it just takes a number of tries to get it to see it and join it to your Wiz account but once working, it’s been fine ever since.More importantly, it works perfectly with HomeAssistant.It’s hard to argue with the price. I do wish it was as easy as the lightbulbs were.
