1.The receiver isn’t picking up the antenna signal properly. Please reconnect it in this order: First, connect the USB port of the RX and power supply, then connect the HDMI port and monitor.
2.Not enough power supply. Please use a 5V2A adapter to power the transceiver.
The HDMI Wireless only transmits image, there is no audio being transmitted.
Please check if the stereo sound is turned on and if it is, please turn it off.
To do this, please access the system settings on the transmitting device-> Sound-> Switch the speaker.

Title: Doesn’t work with Virgin 360 cable set top box
Review: I was hoping for a compact transmitter and receiver set so I could have my Virgin 360 set top box across the room from the TV without cables. Worked with my laptop but with the set top box the picture and audio was very choppy. There was an available firmware update that fixed sound but after that video was just a black screen. Support by email was responsive but unable to help. Returned it and got a different model of transmitter and receiver set that worked fine.

Review: Easy to install. Plug and play. Powered off and on at both ends and connects without trouble. Had some trouble figuring out the power cable till I realized that I didn’t really need them. Never thought I would get rid of that cable from my computer to my tv. Anyone need a 10-foot HDMI cable?
