I purchased this product and another one from a different manufacturer which was double the price but unfortunately had to send it back as would not connect . Would highly recommend this product

Review: Its pretty good that it get rid of the cable but there is a slight lag on the sound so wouldnt advise it over an actual hdmi cable but to save chasing trunking into the wall to hide the cable its a decent alternative

Review: I am using this HDMI extender to connect the virgin tv box, which is inside a media cabinet in another room, and my living room tv.Same floor with but there are 1 door and 1 wall in between. Easy set up and it works very well. No legacy on the picture/sound and no intermittent signal. 2 days so far and all is good.

In the box, you get the two HDMI devices, one transmitter marked “TX” and one receiver marked “RX.” You also get one USB-C to female to HDMI short cable, two USB power cables, a mini HDMI to female HDMI adapter, one micro HDMI to female HDMI adapter, a small instruction leaflet, and warrant information. As of the review, it cost £69.99, which I think is reasonable as this product is competent.The inclusion of the mini HDMI adapter is really useful, as you can broadcast wirelessly from an Intel NUC to your screen. If your TV does not have this functionality, you can use the USB-C to wirelessly broadcast your phone or tablet screen.The HDMI TX and RX do not come with HDMI cables, so you cannot position them at different angles in your devices. Also, there aren’t any aerials on them that you can position. This is not a significant issue; they work out of the box anyway.I like the fact that you can plug them in and forget about them. They work out of the box and do not need any setting up other than this.I recommend this product.
