Review: The both the wax sticks came melted which caused the cap to get stuck and covered with wax. It took me alot of force to remove it from the wax stick it self which is annoying. I’m not sure how to get the wax off so I haven’t tried to use it but the heater works!

Review: Does not roll well. Once it’s heated up, it almost impossible to get roller to move. Especially if used 1x before. Old wax is hard to clean off roller making it stiff & impossible to roll even after heating.

Review: I have had trouble using wax removal kits before but have never used one like this and figured I’d give it a try, as I really want to achieve a smooth, non hairy area on my underarms and legs. This kit instructions were very easy to read and understand. Set up was quick and couldn’t have been easier. The wax came out hot, but was still fairly thick and was somewhat hard to roll on to my underarm as it didn’t quite glide like I expected. It did apply evenly and wasn’t messy to use like when I used melted wax with the stick application. The sheets you use to apply on top of the wax adhered easily and with no issue. The first rip definitely worked and took most of the hair off, to my surprise. I was able to get to the desired result quickly and easily. Clean up for the most part was quick and easy. If you don’t use all the wax on the cartridge, instructions say to clean off the wax on the roller. That was a bit difficult but not impossible. Overall, I prefer this wax method over others based on how easy it is to use, overall value and affordability and cleanup.

Review: This product does work once you get it fully heated. It takes a very long time to heat up. I felt it was not fully heated until at least 45 minutes after beginning the process. Once it gets heated it will remove hair in small patches but you do have to go over it a couple times. You will need to be very patient to use this product.
