Review: I am new to hard waxing and just wanted a basic model for home use. I used this last night and this is what I found. I turned it on high with wax pellets up halfway. It took about 25-35 minutes to melt fully. (I used a wooden spatula to stir it about 20 minutes in). There is a little wire bar that goes across one side of the pot which is very handy to catch drips etc. I am not a professional but have done sugar waxing at home in the past. I would strongly encourage the first-time users to look up the videos on how to use hard wax (professionals not home users). There is a consistency you are looking for, and a technique for cooling it slightly on the spatula before applying and to ensure it’s not too hot (burning will happen if you’re not careful). With that in mind, it’s like cooking… if you see it getting to running turn it down a bit, too thick turn it up. Of course, you are diminishing the quantity of wax all the time, so you will need to make adjustments.For those moving from the old-style “sugar” type waxing (cold)… this is sooo much easier and you can go over the area more than once… Good luck!

Review: It’s larger than I was expecting though, I likely just didn’t read the measurements correctly.And at the end of the day, this was a much cheaper model than many others, so although I only needed a very compact product, it was more of a priority to not spend much on it.It works perfectly fine.

Review: Ho sbagliato l’acquisto in quanto per errore ho acquistato questo prodotto con la spina inglese. quando ho provato a rimandarlo indietro avviando la procedura di reso Amazon mi ha inviato la procedura per il ritorno ma purtroppo è un pacco da affrancare e non compreso con Prime (anche se all acquisto c’era scritto compreso con prime) quindi avendo pagato il pacco 11 € dovrei restituirlo con un affrancatura di 24 € assurdo!
