Title: Best filter I’ve tried by far
Review: I’ve had loads of tap filters I had to run them all to get rid of the metallic taste this one I don’t let it run I just open the cold water and drink. Best one by far I’ve tried maybe 8 others. I’m from the North West, water isn’t bad but I prefer this now over bottled micro-plastic bs. If unsure get it yes.

Title: Its a 5 Star but please do read this before you buy
Review: This product is very good. Having considered all things especially filter replacement costs, I purchased this. I was a bit disappointed, however, because this package did not come with the adapters as advertised in the listing. However, I contacted the seller and they promised to pay for the adapters if I am able to find them. Bit of a faff but I liked the product so I bought the adapters to fit this filter to the faucet as you cannot fit this filter to the faucet without these adapters. I was refunded the amount promptly after sending the invoice to the seller. Good product and backed with very good customer service. So will definitely recommend. However, please do remember that you have to purchase the faucet adapters separately as they are not in the package as advertised. Also, the filter housing doesn’t come fully tightened for some reason. So before the first run of the filter, please make sure you tighten the filter casing with the wrench provided else water will leak.

Title: Really disappointed. Cloudy unfiltered water.
Review: Having read the reviews I was looking forward to using this filter. It looks great, fits well but the water filter is not actually filtering anything. Had run the water as instructed etc, however after boiling the kettle you can see the water is very cloudy and has already started to build limescale in the kettle. Will be sending back for a refund. Very disappointed. It is also very difficult to remove the outer shell to see the water filter using the tool provided.

Review: UPDATED JUNE 2024: Immediately upon this review below being posted to amazon, the Waterdrop Filter Company reached out to me with great concern and a sincere desire to make good on their product. I had no idea when I posted the review to give potential buyers a heads up that the company would even look at the review much less respond with such a generous offer. They replaced the filter system at no cost and tossed in a free filter cartridge as well. The new filter system arrived and I noticed that the design is a bit different. Now there is a port on the bottom of the unit where a wrench type device can be inserted to give extra stability and leverage when it comes time to remove the filter cover to replace the cartridge. The tool to do this was also included with the cover wrench and all of the other accessories needed for easy installation. I have not tried to open the filter cover yet as it is a brand new unit, but I feel hopeful that in a year when the filter needs a cartridge replacement I will be able to open it. If not, I feel equally confident that I can contact the company and I will receive prompt help. I’m very impressed with and grateful to the company for the quick and generous resolution to my problem.This is the best countertop water filter I’ve ever owned. It does what it says it will do. The water tastes great and the unit itself is attractive, unobtrusive, and takes up very little space. My only problem, and it is a huge problem, is that I cannot open the filter when it’s time to replace the filter cartridge. Yes, they provide a little wrench but it is absolutely impossible for anyone with no hand strength, with arthritis, or who is just weak in general and without anyone strong in the house to help out to change the filter. I found this out much too late after I’d already fallen in love with the things so today I had to order a brand new unit. I have no one I can ask for help. I read the instructions and I even found YouTube videos detailing how to open the unit but it’s impossible. Fortunately, their priced low enough that the cost of buying a new filter is much less than what I was spending for drinking water yearly. They’re really could have been a better way for them to have designed this unit for easier opening.

Review: Livraison très rapide ! Bien emballé. Filtre qui dans l’ensemble est de très bonne qualité et le goût de l’eau est meilleur. J’ai quand même commandé de nouvelles cartouches de rechanges que je préfère en céramique. Au début on a tendance à oublier de fermer la vanne du filtre, ça surprend quand on veut se servir du robinet de la cuisine. Je regrette pas mon achat que je recommande même si je compte au final rajouter un deuxième robinet d’eau froide en doublette pour bancher le tuyau du filtre qui gêne un peu. Bon rapport qualité prix tout de même !
