APPLICATION TIPS & TRICKS

* Apply to a clean, dry surface that is free of silicone, loose paint, rust, oil, grease, coal tar, or anything that would hinder adhesion. * Use at temperatures above 10˚C/50˚F (including overnight temperatures). * For the construction of a few cracks or expansion joints, non-woven fabric or polyester cloth can be used for reinforcement and coating. * Apply each coat in an alternate direction to the last coat to ensure even coverage. * Remove painters tape/blocking while the coating is still wet. * Allow 48-72 hours to dry, curing depends on temperature, humidity, and airflow. Under the environmental conditions of low temperature or higher humidity, the curing time will increase. * Do not walk on the surface until the waterproof adhesive is dry. Avoid rainy, humid weather when applying, try to ensure that the weather is sunny before and after use. * Avoid contact with solvents, solvent based cleaners, adhesives, and paints.

PRECAUTIONS FOR PRODUCT USE

1.Construction must be painted evenly, to avoid part of the construction parts are not coated with waterproofing adhesive, thus affecting the waterproofing effect.

2.Can not be used below 5 ℃ or humid environment, otherwise it will affect the waterproofing adhesive film-forming effect.

3.If the gap is more than 2mm, you need to fill the gap with repair materials first. Otherwise the gap is easy to accumulate waterproofing glue, resulting in waterproofing glue can not dry

4.Painted when each time need to be thinly coated, painted too thick waterproofing glue is easy to crack.

5.Waterproofing glue is not completely dry, do not step on or touch the water, otherwise it will be white and leave marks.

Title: Dries like clear rubber
Review: I bought this to protect an oak post that was to be set in concrete. I applied 2 coats to the part of the post that was to be in the concrete, and about 6 inches above. It dries like a coat of clear rubber and will obviously protect the lower part of the post from moisture damage as when I applied oil to the rest of the post I could clearly see where the rubber was as it didn’t absorb any oil. Obviously time will tell as to the long term effectiveness but initially it all looks promising. I’ve got a good part of the tin left for future projects so I’m pretty pleased overall.

Title: Not bad for a temporary fix until the shower can be replaced
Review: Dries clear, feels like a rubbery texture. Used in a shower as a temporary solution until the bathroom can be ripped out and replaced. Feels odd to stand on as your feet stick a bit but does the job perfectly, water was getting through the grout and causing damp/mould. Having a new bathroom fitted in 3 months so this was a cheap solution to stop the leaks as the shower is still needed. Perfect, only 4 stars as your feet stick to it when stood on but apart from that great stuff
