Title: Great fun to use
Review: Oh this is a joy. It’s one of those things that you don’t really need, but you wonder how you lived without it once you get one.It’s very flexible silicone so you have to make sure that you pop it on a baking tray before you decide to fill the segments. Being silicone it washed really easily and there is not really any need to grease the segments before adding the cake batter. I usually have to go to the hassle of cutting up any cake I make and freeze the slices as I am on my own and don’t want to have to gorge myself on an entire cake before it starts to get stale. These are the lazy person version of that, I don’t need the knife and can just wrap each segment.You can even put different flavours of cake in each segment, which is a fun idea.One word of warning though. DO NOT overfill or you will end up with the tops overflowing and joining up with each other. I made that mistake the first time I used it.

Title: Fantastic
Review: This is a much bigger silicone mould than I was expecting. It arrived vacuum packed but very quickly popped back into shape which shows how good the quality is.The mould is very flexible making it easy to de-mould especially as I’ve found the food doesn’t stick.It is fantastic for baking mini cakes which come out as mini slices. I’ve also used it to create mini cheesecakes.
