Review: So this gel eyeliner is in very cute packaging. The coffee brown is a deep brown color. It glides easily, and the brush on the opposite end does blend the product. I do believe it’s smudge and waterproof (to an extent). I have hooded oily eyelids and this has stayed on really well. I’m not the biggest fan of eyeliner but I wanted to give this a try. It didn’t transfer on my lids out in really humid hot weather. I don’t wear eyeliner often. The only con I noticed was when I took off my makeup, it came off in pieces. It flaked off around my eyes and I had to wipe it off and it still sort of stuck around. Could be my removal method but I know it wasn’t my mascara.
