1. The glue must be heated at a temperature below 20℃, soaked in hot water at 60‑70℃ for 10 minutes, or used with a thermostat.
2. During use, if there is glue on the screw rail, it should be promptly wiped to prevent glue from entering the main structure of the machine. If the glue enters the main structure nut from the screw rail, the glue gun is not covered by the warranty and requires the user or unit to bear the repair cost.
3. Every week, solid lubricating oil should be applied to the rail of the screw, and the screw should be pushed back and forth to allow the lubricating oil to enter the main structure nut, in order to reduce the wear of the screw. It is strictly prohibited to add liquid lubricants.
