The audio recorder not continue recording?

1. The connection of any device (headphones, charger…) while recording will interrupt the recording. so disconnect from the device

2. Turn off VOR, when the voice activation function is on(default: off), the voice recorder may not pick up sounds in a quiet environment and therefore stop recording.

If the PC/phone connection fails?

1. Turn off the digital voice recorder before connecting to computer/phone then place it carefully, do not press any buttons.

2. Use the original USB cable or a data cable that can be used to transfer data

3. Android phone: Make sure that the OTG function is enabled. [Settings] – Search for “OTG or USB”, activate the OTG function (can aslo search on Google or ask the phone manufacturer for the exact method to activate OTG).

4. PC: MAC user:please replace the USB-C adapter; Change the computer to change the connection port and try again; Check if the USB Disk Identifier appears on my computer. Click “USB Disk Identifier” at the bottom right corner of the desktop – [Open devices and printers] – [Devices] – right click [HS USB FlashDisk] – [Remove device], and then connect to the computer.

The correct charging method?

(The red light flashes during charging. 2.5 hours after a full charge, the blue light is still on.)

1. Turn off the device before charging it.

2. Use your mobile phone charger to charge it.

Playback WAV recordings: [USB DISK] – [RECORD] – [WAV] -[Open with] – [Windows Media Player/Player/QuickTimePlayer/Music/Audacity] (Note: Windows 10 GROOVE Player does not support playing WAV format recordings, use “Windows Media Player” or another music player)

Activate voice activation: [USB DISK]-[RECSET.txt] ; Prev:0 –> Prev:1 ; Ctrl+S Save. ( Default off ) Set time: [USB DISK]-[Settime]-[SetDigitRecorder.exe] , Note: Only supports Windows! The factory settings of the recorder are optimal, it is recommended not to change the [RECSET.TXT] file except for [Time] Try to avoid noise, please do not touch or rub your clothes while recording, and keep it in a stable position The recording distance depends on the size of the sound; it is recommended to use a shorter recording distance
