Title: Not fit for purpose
Review: Bought this a few weeks ago used for the first time this week. USELESS !! the smallest bit of solid material the size of a finger nail gets jammed at the entry to the canister causing the the flexible tube to fill with ash ! you then have to remove the tube unblock it remove the tiny obstruction Clean up the mess and start again guess what happens after a moment or two ? avoid this ash hoover very bad design

Title: Not really portable or easy to clean…
Review: Nice and small, but I didn’t realise it came with a cord, when it says portable on the title.Suction gets poor as you use it, filter clogs quickly before you’ve even cleaned much out.the hose has a plastic end which stops the larger chuncks going up the pipe, which I found out is useful because there is a small hole in the motor where all the dust builds up an requires emptying every time. Poor design.

Title: Who’s the sucker now?
Review: Had high expectations of this powering away and removing the ash from our log burner without mess. Sadly, it continually blocks and therefore drops ash everywhere when having to open it to unblock it. The suction is good, but the right angle inlet into the vacuum cleaner just isn’t fit for purpose and continually blocks.

Title: A very small and handy item
Review: I have bought this Ash Hoover to use on my new Narrow Boat when I am cleaning out the Log Burner and don’t want ash flying everywhere in such a small space. I have checked that it actually turns on but won’t be living on my boat until December, so can’t report that I’ve used it on my fire yet. It was essential that it would stow away in a small cupboard and I am very pleased with its size.

Title: Very disappointed
Review: Bought this to clear out the ash from my new log burner. The wood burns through and leaves very little ash and a few very small pieces of charcoal. This little hoover suited me in size and colour but is useless as cannot suck up ash and gets bunged up when you suck up even the smallest of particles. Very disappointed that I wasted my money.
