You’ll need to prepare a Φ12mm – Φ14mm bit, a stud finder, a ratchet, a pencil. ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY GLASSES.You’ll need to find a stud in your wall, an overhead stud, or an overhead beam that is 7- to 9-feet off the ground.If you need to install overhead or on high ceiling, position the mount at least 3 feet away from the nearest wall to allow for 360° movement for training exercises.Confirm the drill bit size and hole depth. UONNER mount anchor fits 70mm -75mm deep.

Title: Strong, heavy and great fixings! Recommended
Review: Having purchased a suspension trainer earlier this year I had been using it on a hook loop that was part of a wall fixed pull up bar……never felt secure and never gave me confidence to have all body weight hanging from. Decided to order this fixing from Uonner and very pleased I did. It’s extremely well made, strong, heavy and the fixtures supplied are also of good quality. Title: Perfect for band work
Review: I felt the need to write this. I purchased this product to help with band work for a rotator cuff tear. It worked well so I ordered a second identical item. I made a terrible job of the second installation and ruined a sleeve anchor. I offered the seller money for a new anchor. He sent me an entire new product and fittings to help with my rehabilitation. In a time of poor service elsewhere, this seller proved to be one of the best.

Review: Krafttraining mache ich gerne zu Hause, hauptsächlich mit einem Bänderset und einige anderen Instrumente. Zum Bänderset gehört einen Türgriff, durch das regelmäßige Training und langsame Steigerung der Bänderstärke wird immer zunehmend mehr Zugkraft auf die Tür geübt, leider ist die Tür kapput gegangen, sie schließt nicht mehr so richtig! Ich fand diese Decken-/Wandhaken eine tolle Alternative eigentlich, damit ich die Innen Türen der Wohnung nicht mehr belaste. Ansonsten gibt es eigentlich nicht viel zu sagen, es stimmt alles wie in der Produktinformationen beschrieben wurde. Ansonsten empfehle ich, sich das Video und die Bilder anzuschauen. Dann sieht ihr ganz genau, wie dieses Set in der Wirklichkeit aussieht. Meiner Meinung nach, sehr gut und sauber verarbeitet, solide und hochwertig, absolut nützlich und empfehlenswert.

Review: Der Haken an sich ist gut und sieht gut aus.Die mitgelieferten Schwerlastanker sind allerdings eine Katastrophe. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass Anker mit Beiliegen. Wenn man die schon mitliefert, dann doch wenigstens vernünftige Qualität. Jeder der mit solchem Material arbeitet fällt vom Glauben ab. Dennoch getestet:1) Die Montageanleitung sagt Bohren mit d 12-14mm, ja was denn nun?2) Die Anker drehen beim anziehen mit3) Keine Drehmomentangabe4) Bolzen rutscht sehr leicht durch5) Anker wurde mit 115kg belastet und kam ein paar mm rausLeute nehmt bitte ordentliches Montagematerial… Tox, Fischer, etc etc

Review: Dieser Deckenhaken ist sehr gut verarbeitet und alles wirkt sehr robust. Allerdings ist das Montagematerial verbesserungswürdig. Bei meinen bisherigen Deckenhaken waren Schrauben und Dübel dabei anstelle von diesen Ankern. Hiermit kann ich als Laie auch nicht viel anfangen.Die Anbringung ist mit dem richtigen Werkzeug ganz einfach und dann kann man auch schon das gewünschte Objekt aufhängen.Die Tragkraft ist wirklich sehr gut. Man kann also ohne Probleme auch einen Hängesessel aufhängen und muss sich auch beim hineinsetzen keine Sorgen machen. Natürlich kann man auch andere Sachen befestigen wie Schlingentrainer, Yoga Schaukel, etc.

Review: Der Deckenhaken kommt als Komplettset mit Montagematerial.Aber gleich als Warnung vorab:Vom beiliegenden Montagematerial (Schwerlastdübel) möchte ich dringend abraten.Hier kann ich die Erfahrung anderer Rezensenten teilen – das Montagematerial ist qualitativ minderwertig und damit kreuzgefährlich.Der Deckenhaken hingegen ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet, ohne scharfe Kanten und mit sauberen Schweißnähten – er hält was er verspricht. Die Lackierung ist ordentlich und sollte lang halten.Also bitte ordentliche Schrauben und Dübel verwenden, dann hat man lange Freude daran und sicher ist es auch.Insgesamt vergebe ich damit für das Set nur 3 Sterne.

Review: Da ich nun neben mehreren Schlingentrainer auch Ringe habe, muss ein zweiter Halter für die Decke her.Mein erster Halter ist schwarz und und von einer bekannteren Marke beschriftet. Der hier getestete Halter ist grau und mit einem mir bis Dato unbekannten Marke beschriftet.Das waren auch schon die Unterschiede zwischen den beiden Haltern.Qualitativ ist am Halter nichts auszusetzen.Der Schriftzug mit dem Marken amen ist ein Aufkleber, der jederzeit entfernt werden kann. Sollte er den stören.Der Packung liegen noch zwei Verschraubungen bei. Die Holzschrauben machen einen stabilen Eindruck, wurden von mir aber nicht getestet.Die Beton-Anker werden von mir nicht verwendet, da es Stifte mit Muttern sind und keine Schrauben.Der Hintergrund ist, dass die Gewindestifte weiter raus stehen als Schrauben. Dies kann das Halteseil, oder die Befestigungsschlinge des Trainings – Gerätes beschädigen.Preislich liegt dieser Halter ca 10 Euro unter meinem anderen.Fazit:Ich vergebe hier gute 4 Sterne.Im Vergleich zu meinem ersten Halter, ist nur die Farbe weniger schön. Dies war aber bei der Bestellung bekannt und fliesst nicht in meine Bewertung ein.Anstelle von Beton-Ankern mit Schrauben, werden welche mit Gewindestift und Muttern geliefert. Dies hätte besser sein können.Da dieser Halter günstiger als mein anderer Halter ist, kann ich mit dem gespartem Geld neue Beton-Anker mit Schrauben kaufen.
