Title: Using it properly, it’s good!
Review: Thought I broke this within 15 minutes, but turns out the sleeve just came off. You can’t put a lot of pressure on this and yes it does pickup a lot of paint but I’ve learnt you need to use a lot more paint with this type of sleeve which will always make it heavier. Done properly it has actually done a good job, I had to get some help as I was just crap with it.I suspect negative reviews are from those not using it properly, I was myself going to put a negative review until I was shown the error of my ways!Overall this is actually a good roller and sleeve.

Title: Sturdy roller but misled by the extension image. Roller piece comes off when painting.
Review: I ordered this as we needed to paint high walls in the hallway. I was under the impression that it came with some sort of extending handle, so I thought this would do the job for those hard to reach parts. I was a bit disappointed to find that it didn’t, so the photo of the extender is a bit misleading. I tend to order by photos, and while it’s my fault for not reading the ‘small print’ I think that image is confusing to have on the product page.Anyway, I have used the roller as it is taller than the cheap ones you find in shops. It’s very sturdy and not flimsy, so it’s been fairly easy to use. For some reason though, the fabric roller piece won’t stop coming off the metal piece it’s attached to. It’s not a huge issue as I can push it back on, but when covered in paint it’s a bit frustrating.The fact the roller itself comes detached quite often means this gets messy, though I will admit I’m not a good painter and might be trying to rush things or just not know how to use it properly. But this, combined with the misleading extender image, is why I give this product 3 stars. It is sturdy and easy to use, but those 2 issues meant that I didn’t really receive what I was actually expecting.I’d recommend this roller for painters that work patiently and know what they’re doing, as it’s definitely better quality than other rollers and is made to last. And also the extension piece is probably worth getting too!

Title: Comfortable high quality roller
Review: The roller handle has a soft feel and is comfortable to use over extended periods of time. The roller head is really plush and has produced a great finish without the usual stipple effect found on cheaper foam versions. The finish was worth the premium price.

Title: Brilliant roller.
Review: What a super roller. Made a tedious job more pleasurable. No fluff shedding on the wall and left a smooth finish, something I’ve had trouble achieving with other rollers. It has a big, solid sleeve which picks up plenty of paint without dripping. This roller is the only one I’ve used where it hasn’t splattered pin-pricks of paint all over me (even when painting the ceiling) and I didn’t have any in my hair at all. Loved it and wouldn’t buy any other roller after using this.

Title: Brilliant for broad expanse of wall
Review: It’s got quite a thick pile so you need plenty of paint in your tray. It covers well but not good for tight spaces, you need to change your tool.Downside is that you need a lot of cold water to rinse clean but I suspect that will get better as the pile reduces. It gas a nice long handle and also the facility to extend the length with the add on.Highly delighted with it.

Title: It’s a nice product if you are careful with it and don’t apply pressure
Review: Bent way too easily out of shape when painting the ceiling – now it’s pretty much useless. Before it bent it was a really nice roller, I enjoyed using it, felt like nice quality materials were used for the handle and the rollers, I also bought the extension for this so that I could reach the ceiling. All was going well until I put pressure on it whilst painting an awkward part of the ceiling and then the metal bracket that holds the roller bent and now it’s hard to pain with.

Title: Excellent coverage but heavy
Review: This roller put the paint on well, but it holds so much paint it gets quite heavy.You can’t use this with a normal roller pole, you have to buy a screw-on Harris pole.
