Title: Easy to set up app – great customisation with brightness/warmth
Review: Really easy to fit and use, the app has a timer setting so it can turn on or off at given times. Brightness goes from really low maybe 2W right up to full daylight. Warm and cool setting is adjustable from pure orange to daylight white. Great bulbs!

Title: Beautiful looking bulbs but….
Review: These are tricky to get set up correctly. Downloading the trust app was simple enough. Finding and pairing was lengthy and a few attempts had to be made. Alexa integration was easy but now when to switch off (we have 3 in a light fitting) via Alexa occasionally only two switch off and one stays on. A few attempts and it does work but is an annoyance. They look fantastic and the slight orange tinge gives a nice warmth to the room. The LED filament inside looks fancy and is a sort of Edison look. Worth the money in my opinion.

Title: Alexa Integration is not easy
Review: Edit: Reduced to 1-star.There are some things that are just trouble from day one, and this is one of them. I have now given up with the constant fight to keep the bulb online. I use it outside in a post lamp. The app constantly reports the bulb offline despite having one Mesh router 20 feet away with line of sight showing a strong signal one minute, and no signal the next. So it is with regret that I’ve decided to give up, life is too short to keep faffing around with what is so obviously a poor designed item.I shall be looking for a different option to replace.Bulbs good and instructions to connect to the network are fine. They work fine on combined 2.4 and 5gHz routers like the Deco series.What falls down is the Amazon Alexa integration. Not sure if its because I’m in Ireland, but ‘Trust wifi’ does not exist when searched for from inside the the Alexa app. I got round it by searching for ‘Trust wifi’ on the Amazon app and signing in and linking from that using the code generated in the trust wifi app, then it all connected in the Alexa app.Not the brightest bulb, but good for what I need which is an outside decking post light.Trust just need to get their ‘Trust wifi’ app appearing on the Alexa app in Ireland as only the ‘Trust Smart Home App’ shows up and that’s not the app that works with these bulbs.

Review: Tricky to configure with alexa because of so many similar device apps at store but once you find out the right app with alexa works straight away after entering credentials. Recommend to find the exact app as mentioned in product paper. Overall good but white is yellowish white not true white.

Title: Not quite as described
Review: The bulbs are nice in appearance and give a pleasant warm orange/amber glow when you first put them in and were easy enough to connect to the SmartLife App. The App allows you to change the brightness and the ‘whitness’ of the bulbs as indicated in the listings. However, the whitness of the bulb does not remove the orange hue from the light and neither does it reach a whiteness/brightness that is shown in the product images. The light that it emits also does not get as bright as previous smart bulbs or standard LED bulbs I have purchased in the past leaving the room I have put it in darker than I would like.I am strongly considering returning and buying some of the more generic smart bulbs to get the brightness which is disappointing as these were bought for their aesthetics as well as their (less than adequate) practicality. I am giving them a few days to see if I can adapt to them.
