Title: Dehumidifier great price
Review: Works perfectly great product and loved the price. Neat slim design, it does the job! Fan is a bit noisy but it draws the air in reducing the humidity- easy access to the water tank and handle to make it easier to empty. Very pleased with it!

Title: Does a great job of dehumidifying – I highly recommend this product!
Review: I found this product through the Good Housekeeping website. They recommended it as the best value buy. It’s definitely worth the money. I do agree with Good Housekeeping that the tank is a bit tricky to not spill the water, but that is not really a big issue for me.My very damp bedroom is now much better to sleep in. Also an added bonus is that my towels dry much faster and my home smells much less musty.Well worth the money!

Title: Good inexpensive dehumidifier
Review: This was recommended by good housekeeping and they were right. Quite quiet (on low), has a humidistat and seems to catch a huge amount of water quite quickly (esp on high). Has wheels so you can trundle it around easily and a pipe if you want it to run continually. This keeps my guitars and cats at the right humidity.

Title: Great quality
Review: We moved to a new (old) house. The gutters need replacing as do the windows causing condensation and damp. This is amazing! It has a timer and fan. I put it on the landing with all the doors open upstairs on timer for a couple of hours and it is great. Collects a good amount before needing to be emptied. Not too loud. Has a handle to move it.

Title: Almost exploded after less than 10 minutes.
Review: It literally ran for ~7 minutes before it started shaking so violently it sounded like someone was using a pneumatic drill. Luckily I was only in the room next door so ran through and unplugged it in a mad panic, which was lucky as the unit was very hot and smelt strongly of burning plastic. I’m pretty sure it would have exploded, or at least caught fire, if I had been further away – I’m not exaggerating the dramatism of this unit’s epic failure, it was pretty frightening.Needless to say I’m getting a full refund from Amazon and will never buy a Tower product again.

Review: sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t can’t work out why as have only had it a few months. sometimes the on/ off switch is unresponsive. not sure if sensors do not work in bright light conditions. was first one I tried which didn’t blow my ears off but still not quiet on low- tolerable. The internal humidity sensor seems set higher than room hygrometer so have to set humidity on machine a bit lower to get humidity to good room level. extracts a lot of water – when working. water collection unit is small but is a front of machine- a big plus. Unlike many other machines don’t have to have it a long way from wall due to design. Just about manageable weight and castors attached out of box. Time will tell if it ceases functioning altogether within 3 year warranty. Dynamic pricing means it’s now £20 cheaper than my purchase- annoying. No carry handle but at least is designed not to swing outwards if need to lift short distances. Weirdly instructions say not to plug in directly above unit. Filter feels a little flimsy but have had it out to wash. is quite tricky to remove it and put it back. I couldn’t find the wattage until I’d bought it and found it in the instruction booklet so I’ve written it above. I’ve also been unable to find out the size of space this dehumidifier is suitable for anywhere. Normally this info would be listed so I have had to look elsewhere to find out that a 12 litre dehumidifier is suitable for a small room.
