Title: I quite like it
Review: In the market for a new toaster as my last one just died after seven years service.I am moving to a more compact two slicer rather than four.The space saving Tower two slice toaster is a smart looking, compact machine finished in this case in black and chrome.The cable tidy under the base has an exit point at the front side of the toaster which I find odd. This is why I have removed a star from my rating as the cable looks untidy.There is an eject button alongside a frozen bread function and keep warm buttons.They illuminate in blue which I like.The plunger button is a good size also finished in chrome and also acts as a riser.Bread is raised enough to take out without scalding.The slots will take muffins and tea cakes.The elements are of equal brightness and heat ensuring the toast cooks evenly both sides.I did note that frozen bread toasted one side darker than the other though.The sides are not fully insulated and get a bit warm and is by no means the quickest toaster.But being under a KW it’s a bit too slow but shouldn’t cost the earth to run.Edit: within two months the top has tarnished slightly between the slots.

Review: Nicely designed toaster with 7 browning settings. However, the very short cable is positioned under the controls at the front and for our kitchen layout would be better emerging from the opposite end to give greater length. This would avoid having to position the toaster under a cupboard where our electric sockets are situated causing heat damage to the underside of the cupboard. There is no ‘single slice’ option but on a medium setting it toasted well without burning. Overall, a nice looking toaster which does the job at a reasonable price but, for us, let down by the cable positioning and length.

Title: Fit for purpose
Review: I like this 2 slice toaster. I have replaced this with my old 4 slice toaster . As it is smaller in size, I spare some space on my work top that is a relief . It is working well and fit for purpose . I toasted two large size slices of bread at setting 4 . It got my desired finish . A large size loaf of bread just fits in the compartment. It is easy to clean and working promptly . In my opinion, it is expensive. Over all , I like it and I will definitely recommend it.

Review: I am a stickler to buy quality names when it comes to electrical items and Tower is certainly a name you can trust. The Ash 2-Slice Toaster combines a stylish design and has all the functions you require in a toaster. It not only looks good but makes tasty toast.The stainless steel body has chrome accents and a soft matte finish making it a perfect addition to my kitchen. It looks good and is fairly compact so doesn’t take up a lot of space whether putting in a cupboard or leaving it out.There are seven different browning levels which you can adjust to your personal preference. This is certainly required in our house as I like well done and my wife prefers lightly browned. There is a self centring function which ensures that each slice of bread stays in position inside the slot, guaranteeing even toasting on both sides. I hate it when one side is well done and the other hardly browned. There is also a defrost and reheat option so you can toast straight from the freezer. This is really handy for our family as we regularly keep bread in the freezer.The toaster is easy to clean as it has a removable crumb tray. The cord can be neatly wrapped around toaster making it easy to store and the non-slip feet provide stability.Like I already said I am a stickler for safety so the anti-jam function is a big plus for me.This is a quality toaster that looks good and makes everything so easy.
