Title: Works well
Review: Over the years had all sorts of problems with hollow plasterboard walls but this is the solution. Easy to use if you follow instructions. Works well and a good range of fitments. Does the job and I have used for what seems a lot of weight. Recommend.

Title: Works OK, but a bit hit and miss
Review: Generally works OK, but the included fixings seems pretty delicate. Once in they are rock solid, so this type of fixing is strong and reliable – if you are prepared to use a tool, these are about the most solid way to mount on plasterboard.To put in drill hole, place fixing in, insert bolt then use the tool to pull the retaining arms into position. Pretty simple and if you have used rivets or rivnuts you will know the concept. This particular tool is OK for one off jobs, but the reach of the tool will quickly get tiresome as you have to keep adjusting and doing a few pulls – as a result because it is not just a simple pull and done, you will need to do a couple of pulls which leads to inconsistent placement. This sin’t a problem if you now what you are feeling for, but it does take the simplicity away.Also the fixings that are included seem to fall apart regularly. I have used these type of fixings for years, but my normal kit were elswhere so I ordered this to do a simple job for my Father in Law. It all worked, but something like 20% failed – either went in wonky, snapped in half or failed to spread well. All manageable, but expect the need to reseat a certain number – but for the price they work out quite well, so please balance that out with the above comments

Review: Bought this for a one off job and as such price was an important factor and this one of the better priced, full package options but could still be a few quid cheaper in my view.One of the key drawbacks of this set is that it comes with almost no instructions (bar a tiny, poor quality pic attached at the back), you need to figure it out which drill bit you need to use. If it is too small, it wont go in, if it is too big, the anchor wont be fixed.I first did a trial run (photos attached) – it is simple mechanics really. On the actual job, i hit a snag but managed to get the job done.Lastly, after 3 uses, one of the screws of the gun came right off! I screwed it back in but says a lot for the built quality which is poor for a work tool.

Title: Very sturdy for mounting TV
Review: Used 4 of these to mount a 55 inch TV on a drywall. Probably overkill with 4, 2 would’ve done the job. Will be using these to mount everything from now on!

Title: Highly recommended tool and fixings set
Review: What a find this was. I needed a good fixing set to hang a tv from a wall when I found this on Amazon. When it came I practiced using the tool before doing the job. Although it looked like it would be tricky it was actually simple to do and use. Great value because you get a few sizes of fittings plus the tool. Highly recommended.

Title: Brilliant for Ikea Platsa/Besta Cabinet hanging
Review: Our house has been transformed by the discovery of these strong and sturdy plaster board wall fixings. No more do we worry about the plaster board disintegrating from the weight of a coat on our coat rack.Recently we have used to great effect these fixings to hang both Platsa and Besta Ikea wall cupboards!!! They are well and truly secure.Marked down a star as the fixing tool on both purchases of this kit ended up failing, but managed to buy a slightly more heavy duty one to finish the jobs in our house. I would though still buy kit again, as suspect all the fixing tools fail over time and we did ours through its paces.
