Title: Well designed and effective
Review: I have purchased three of these for home / office. It’s a really well thought through design and works very well on carpets and floors. It’s also easy to empty and clean (filters). I had a small problem with one of them and Tineco’s customer service were terrific at sorting it out too.

Title: Great cordless stick cleaner at a very reasonable price
Review: This is a very handy lightweight cordless stick vacuums cleaner which you can simply whip out off the cupboard and dash around the rooms before your mothers arrives. . It comes with all the accessories you would need – even a holder to hang it up out on the wall out of the way. The suction power is not quite as high as a mains powered cylinder cleaner and the dust receptacle is quite small so needs to be emptied after each major session. The cleaner comes with various accessories, is a lightweight and very easy to use. You can simply walk around the house cleaning, no cords, no dragging the cleaner out from behind the door etc. The battery needs to be charged and discharged a couple of times before it reaches full power. We have a biggish house and one charge I can easily do the downstairs , the staircase and the upstairs hall but then it starts to run out of power. Probably about 25 minutes of use. Lights on the battery tell you how much power you have left. I bought a spare battery (available on Amazon) and is is a moment’s work to swap over and continue doing the rest of house. Great for getting under beds and furniture. We have a long haired dog and the cleaner picks up the hair pretty well. It is a bit of a faff having the empty the cleaner after each use and the dust receptacle feels a little brittle and flimsy but time will tell on that. An amazing machine for the price and I actually enjoy doing the cleaning.

Title: Lightweight and good value for money
Review: There are lots of things to like about this cleaner. First, the item is very lightweight. I struggled with previous handheld cleaners due to weight but this one is light enough for me to hold and manoeuvre easily. I also like that you don’t have to hold down the on switch with your finger. There’s a little clip that easily locks the switch in the on position thereby allowing you to make your hand more comfortable on the handle. I like that it comes with its own wall dock and this carries the crevice and brush tools that come with the cleaner. Also supplied is a smaller upholstery tool which I used to vacuum cushions, beds and stairs. The tools easily lock into place and change over is a very simple click process. Suction power is good and it certainly does pick up well. The bin is easy to empty and is easily removed from the cleaner for a more thorough clean when necessary. The cleaner also comes with an additional filter and a filter cleaner which is a great idea. However, it does take a little while to empty and clean the the bin and the filter and the manufacturer does recommend that this is done each time the cleaner is used so I am finding this to be a bit of a bind if I’m completely honest. However, it is a small price to pay I suppose to ensure good suction power, which the cleaner does provide. Battery life is only 20 minutes and even less if you use the max power mode which does diminish the battery very quickly. An additional battery is probably a good idea, especially for someone like me who vacuums daily (sometimes more than once!). For the price, it is a very good little cleaner. I have used it to clean the car and whilst it’s not perfect for the car, I must say it’s a lot better than my last one. If, like me, you don’t want to pay the high price demanded by Dyson for their product, I would recommend giving this one a try.

Title: Tineco Nightmare
Review: Purchased the product along with a Spare Filter and Extra Insurance.The product worked very well and we were happy with it, until there was a fault with the Hoover.Tineco is a 3rd party Seller so we were directed to there message contact on Amazon. and we explained the issue fully.The hoover no longer charged as when you tried to use it it would stay on a few minutes then switch itself off and the battery indicator light would go back to red.Our problems started when Tineco replied wanting full information on the hoover we had. We explained that it was all sent together in our original message sadly from then on it was a total nightmare . We started recieving pages and pages of instructions on what they wanted us to do with hoover. To cut a long story short they wanted us to dismantle it hoping this would fix it. We refused we are not hoover technicians . Then they asked for a video of the hoover working to be sent to them, we told them for the fifth time it was not working.I started to send more messages as we had heard nothing to indicate they were dealing with our issue. My last message from them indicated they might refund us but at a lower price than what we paid for it. We asked Amazon for help and they reviewed everything issued a full refund and paid for the return of there hoover. Don’t normally leave reviews but I just wanted customers aware that Tineco are not Customer Friendly…..

Title: Exellent value for money but not a good choice for environment
Review: This is a great vacuum – it is easy to stow away, good suction and all the tools I need. I had to contact customer service at one point and they were very responsive and the issue resolved, no problem.Probably my fault for not investigating enough before I bought it, but I had no idea that the filters would need replacing every 3-6 months and they are not recyclable – not that I can see anyway. Had I known this, I would have stuck with the good old G-Tech where at least the filter is washable and seems to go on forever. This aspect is a real shame because otherwise, I would give it maximum stars all round.

Review: I bought a second one of these – one for home, one for vacation house. I love how light and easy it is – super easy to switch out the attachments. Super easy to empty the dust bin. I have mainly hard wood floors and it works great for that. It stays charged for the length i need it and easy to plug in charge again. I also use it on low pile carpets and it gets the job done, though the max power isn’t quite strong enough for a thorough cleaning of rugs or upholstery.

Review: We bought this because we have a small dog that sheds constantly, and a toddler.We were looking at the s11 model, but this pet model was on sale and we needed a vacuum quickly.Pros:- Lightweight, making it very easy to maneuver- Hangs on wall easily and has built in charger for an additional battery (sold separately)- Various attachments have a place on the dock so all the pieces stay together and are easily accessible (no more digging through the closet to find the crevice tool)- the mini brush adaptor is AMAZING for cars, rugs, carpeted stairs, furniture, literally everything cloth. It picks up hair really easily and quickly, gets in smaller spaces without lugging a big vacuum or attaching to a hose. I love it so much.- Suction is really wonderful!-Cost- LED light is super bright and shows how gross my floors really are before vacuuming- we have very short carpet on our stairs and in our bedrooms. This vacuum cleans it very well.Cons:- battery life does not last long, HOWEVER if you read about the product the battery life it says it has is very accurate. An additional battery can be purchased if needed. So the 10minute battery life on high mode is accurate (but I have very rarely needed to use the vacuum on high mode)- Vacuum does not stand up on its own, and this would be useful in the inevitable event of random interruptions with a child whilst trying to quickly vacuum.- Head does take a few passes to pick up bigger things like an uncooked bean or a cheerio, but the vacuum can be quickly detached from the floor adaptor and beans and cheerios quickly can be vacuumed up with no attachment.We went from a corded, heavy, and bulky Dyson vacuum to this and we love it. We vacuum multiple times a day with it, use it upstairs and downstairs, on furniture, in the car, in the high chair. It’s seriously amazing. We’ve had it for a few months now and had no issues with it. It easily comes apart, has an attachment that you can clean the filters with, is easy to set up and use. I will never go back to a heavy corded vacuum for everyday use. We were shocked at how wonderful and light it is and how well it fits under, between, and around furniture. Love love love this product!

Review: I wanted to try a stick vacuum to see if the floors would get cleaned more often if we did not have to lug out the heavy, plug-in vacuum. I did the research, interviewed family members to see what features would encourage them to vacuum more, tried out my friend’s Shark IonFlex, and settled on getting the Tineco A10 Hero. If it were just me, I probably would have gotten a corded stick as you can get a more powerful vacuum for less money without the concern that the battery runs out too soon, and when the battery eventually dies out completely it will either be an expensive replacement or perhaps not available at all. But other family members seemed to think that if there was no cord they might vacuum more often, so to me that was worth taking a chance on battery-power and spending the extra money.The miracle where other family members vacuum more often did not happen (I think each of them tried it once, and that was it), but I am still super impressed with this machine. First thing I noticed, it is very light: it is 2.9 lbs vs the other models I was considering that were 7 to 14 lbs. It also has a 350 watt motor – others in this price range were 180w-300w. I would have liked a self-cleaning brush roll, but my friend’s Shark IonFlex has this and she says she still gets hair wrapped around the brush roll anyway. The other thing I would have liked would have been a larger dust compartment, but in this price range all of the dust compartments are about this size if not smaller.The Tineco A10 Spartan is the same machine which is cheaper and has the same features as the A10 Hero but fewer attachments. What sold me on the Hero was the Pre Filter Cleaning Tool and extra Pre Filter (which may only come with the wall-mount version) – this is what makes all the difference! When the vacuum is feeling sluggish and not picking up as much stuff as it used to (and this could happen within 10 minutes, before the battery charge even gives out), first empty the dust bin. If it is still a little sluggish, then I remove the pre filter (which is inside the dust bin and easy to remove), swap it out with the spare and clean the pre filter I just took out so it is ready to go for next time. After doing this, the machine is as good as new.The easy maintenance routine is what I like the best. I probably end up changing and cleaning the pre filter about every 3 times I use the vacuum, and while I’m at it I use a nickel to open the roll brush compartment and clean all the hairs wrapped around it (there is a hook tool included to do this also). Not something that I had to do as often with the corded, full size vacuum, but it is so easy to do with the Hero that it is still more convenient than dragging out the old behemoth. I have not yet run out of battery when I am vacuuming because it is so easy to take out for quick jobs that I do one room at a time and am done before the battery runs out. I have wood floors with oriental or low pile carpets – regular power does a great job on these so I do not really use the Max Power setting.I received no compensation for this review – I am just a really happy customer.—Update: 2.5 months later and I haven’t used the old, plug-in vacuum at all—Update: 2 years later – Still very happy with this vacuum! After using for 2 years, I still agree with my original review: love the easy self cleaning (still using the original 2 Pre Filters and it runs like new after they are cleaned with the included tool), but wish it had a larger dust bin because it will fill up quickly and usually needs to be emptied before I am done with a room (I have a cat and 3 people with long hair in the house). The suction is not as good as a plug in, so I have used the Max setting when more suction power is needed. The battery still outlasts my usual 15-20 minute vacuuming sessions (on regular power). Only once I went on an extended cleaning streak and depleted the battery – do not remember how long that took, but it was enough to clean up 3 rooms pretty well.Bottom line: still performing great after 2 years of use, makes cleaning easy, but if you need high powered suction then you probably will want a corded vacuum of some kind.
