Title: Responsible seller
Review: The pump did not work, so I have asked for a replacement. The seller acted very promptly and send me a replacement without any hustle. There is no problem with this product and the pump is working fine. I just hope, I will have some good results, regarding my brown age spots. That will only be seen after some time.I will be sending the faulty previous pack on Monday.A responsible seller.

Review: If you’re looking for the glass look, this is a great product to use as a base.I used it after cleansing and before my moisturiser and spf. I have now ran out so I’ve placed another order as its just such a great product at a great price. And a little goes a long way.Paired this with the Inkey list water based moisturiser.

Title: Pump action doesn’t work
Review: The most disappointing with this product was that the pump action did not work which rendered the container useless. It appears from other people’s reviews this is not an isolated case so a faulty batch maybe? However, I was able to ‘break into’ the container as so near Christmas and impending strikes plus living some distance from a post office, decided this was the best option rather than return. Product itself is very good and some hyperpigmented patches on my face have started to fade. I shall have to reconsider buying this again online, might buy from Boots and try in the shop!

Review: Very good product for hyperpigmentation, you can use it day and night, it’s good product need just some patient, I’m using it with alpha arbutin from ordinary, use alpha first after this product day and night, just for woman suffering from hyperpigmentation ❤️

Review: Im not one for reviews however this product deserves one. Iv had dark circles around my eyes for the best part if 20 years and things got realy bad. So i was recomended this product so i thought why not. One week in just and just followed instructions and belive me theres to my calculation 40-50% improvement. Theres life back around my eyes couldnt be happier. Will purchcase a few more.

Title: Didn’t work for me
Review: Had high hopes for this but it is so difficult and unpleasant to use. First of all It stinks of petroleum, it has a really strong unpleasant smell. Secondly, it has a horrible, sticky texture that feels thick and gloopy on the skin. It doesn’t sink in, it sits on top of your skin, stinking the whole time, getting on your pillow cases and your hair. Third, it doesn’t play well with moisturising products so you are advised not to use any with it. It’s difficult to moisturise around the areas you are treating. I prefer a simple night routine and this does not fit. It didn’t have any effect on my melasma patches at all. I do accept that it’s *possible* it could work for others. I just found it such a horrible, fussy product to use that I stopped using it altogether.
