Review: Bought these items in Dec 21, and thought it was about time to leave a review after some months of use, rather that leave a review after a week or so. Must say that I would not recommend at all, out of 4 plugs, one does not work now, the app is completely useless in that it is impossible to determine if the plugs are on or off (used to show ‘green’ if on, now it doesn’t). Ok if you are in the property to check, but no good if you are away from home. Also setting up is a bit hit/miss but you get there in the end. Have purchased Tp Link smart plugs since which in comparison are much easier to set up and so far no issues with the app.

Title: Make sure you have the latest version of Alexa installed
Review: I read the horror stories rearding connection to Alexa AFTER I spent an afternoon trying to get these plugs connected. Was going through the process of returning them when I saw there was an option for Product Support. Nothing to lose, so I tried it. They suggested updating Alexa, which I did, and they slotted straight in. They do everything I require of them, so I would have given 5 stars, except for the initial bother.Keep your Alexa app up to date. 🙂
