Title: Tefal stick vacuum cleaner.
Review: I was very happy with the item, but very disappointed that there was a part which you need for cleaning the car missing.Amazon were very helpful and gave me a refund for the part in question, but I didn’t hear from Tefal which was very disappointing.

Title: Great hoover, poor dock
Review: The good, the bad and the just ok:The Good – Great suction, very powerful and automatically adjusts as you move from hard to carpet, works well – Attachments are nice, came with many day to day assortments that I appreciated, especially like the mini motored it was really nice for stairs and car – The trigger is a toggle, you do not need to hold it down, this is a massive plus point – Has a quick boost pull lever easily accessible from trigger hand that boosts to max as you hold it – It has a fairly large tank which is very easily removed to be dumped – That bendable main shaft is amazing, easy to click out and is great for getting right under low items – Each section right from main unit has a brush on the connect point, meaning you can use the unit without any attachment which I do for a bit of quick dusting, brilliant!!The OK – Battery life is average for it’s type, I got about 40ish on low, 20-25 on med, 5 on full, I generally use low to mid so was fine for my place – Reasonable light with main unit coming in at 1.86kg, 4.1lb – Battery is easily removed/replacedThe Bad – It’s quite large standing at 12″ top to bottom, so protrudes quite a bit on wall you will need to choose mount location wisely – The mount is just a mount, does not charge, the baffling thing is it has the mold for including the power connector which fits in nicely, it reeks cut back for higher model and the charging port is simply not included in this one, despite it’s still high price – No solution for hair, just instructions how to get the old scissors outIt’s a great hover, very much let down by needing to remove battery to charge, if you can live with that and have space for it on wall somewhere, it’s great.

Title: Irritating charging setup and emptying but otherwise fine
Review: We’ve had mains powered and battery powered vacuums from the big names beginning with D and S and when this came up for review from Tefal I figured, with good brand recognition, it was worth a try.Out of the surprisingly good box (no single use plastics), the unit impressed with good build quality and a decent, if heavy, feel to the vacuum.Supplied with about 80% charged battery, I duly topped it up before use. Here’s where the first snag was encountered… The charging of the battery requires you to remove the battery from the body of the vac and the supplied holster for wall mounting looks like it *should* allow some form of charging while attached – it most certainly does not. So decouple the battery and use the barrel jack adaptor into the battery itself. Slotting the now naked vac into the holster and it’s loose…In use, the vacuum has two or three power settings with a turbo trigger which dramatically ups the suction at the cost of decreased battery life. Handy for short bursts but better to leave the unit on the default setting.With hard floors throughout most of the house, this picks up well and the included LED lighting serves to highlight dust in its path.Emptying is another bit of a faff as you are required to first remove the canister, then the cyclone separator section before dumping the contents in the bin.Other vacuums of this handheld/stick design have a better mechanism in my opinion with a door which can be toggled on the bottom of the canister so that the emptying process is less of a hassle.Overall, this vacuum holds up reasonably well to the performance of my latest S-branded vacuum but the charging and emptying faff means it is unlikely to replace it. That coupled with the inability for the vacuum to stand unsupported like my existing machine means I’ve docked two stars as I don’t think this represents the best value. Your mileage may vary as always.
