Title: Need better packaging.
Review: These were broken on receipt,the voice didn’t work,the packaging wasn’t adequate enough,at it was bashed about a bit at one end.

Review: This scale is wonderful for my visually impaired husband and works great. We had an issue switching to lbs but received quick help from the company. You have to hold the scale upright until the led comes on and then press the button to switch it to lbs. The instructions were vague on that. But it is working fine and we love it.
