Title: Sturdy and Large pan
Review: I had to buy this quickly at Christmas when my older pan was found to have rusted and we needed to cook a Butterfly Turkey Breast. I bought the “Extra Large with Rack” It is about the biggest I can fit into my cooker but it took the Turkey Breast and cooked it perfectly.The pan has a raised centre so making gravy directly in it isn’t quite so easy. It has a very effective non-stick coating, the meat juces were extracted to an alternate pan vry easily wiothout any deglazing or scraping.I like the idea of the rack, which is curved and has handles, in theory it should make lifting meat out of the pan very straightforward and will keep it out of the fat if that is required when cooking high fat meats such as goose and duck.It cleaned very easily with no scouring, scrubbing or additional cleanersI have only used it once since purchase, but I am very happy with it.
