Title: Useful alternative to a full sized ironing board
Review: This ironing board isn’t as small as the description might imply, in fact it about 25mm narrower than our ‘normal’ sized board and about 450mm shorter, so not that small at all. It is unusual in that it folds in half for storage. It also has a pair of legs on each half, and a wire iron holder that pulls out from the end.Because it folds and is so much smaller than a standard board it can’t be fitted with a replacement cover, so not really suitable for everyday use as the cover will wear out and render it useless.I have taken off a star because of the cover issue but also because the one that I received wasn’t assembled very well, the hinges weren’t put on straight which is rather annoying, not so much when it is opened but it is obvious when it folded in half. I also think that the price is a little high, more than a standard board.
