Review: When I first got this I assumed the larger part faced up towards the top of legs and wondered why after a couple days I was sore! After turning the right way!! It works a treat, when I came out of hospital after operation doc advised I use a pillow between knees but saw a similar one on TV commercial (but just over half the price!) and it works great, it even has a great soft but strong elastic so you can put over one leg so it stays in position. Think the shape of this one pits better than advertised one that was a triangle and since bragging about it 3 family member have also bought so would definitely recommend
