Title: Oragerju Not A Reputable Company
Review: Hand clothes steamer was purchased in September 2023. Two months later, on the first time of using the product, it was leaking at the end. The back of the water chamber did not remain in place and water constantly dripped from the end, making the product impossible to use.It was outside the Amazon 30 day return period, so I have contacted the company I purchased from twice to ask for a refund.The company have never even acknowledged my emails.I am therefore left with a faulty, unusable product.I would therefore strongly recommend that this product is not purchased as it is very flimsy and Oragerju do not provide any after sales service when something is faulty.

Review: The product arrived in a box that had obviously been opened previously, but the contents inside were in good condition. Instructions are a bit basic, but it’s only a steamer, so not really rocket science. It’s lightweight and easy to use and feels like a hairdryer in hand. The water tank is a bit small and only has the capacity for about 3 items before needing to be refilled. All in all, it’s a nice product, although it’s a bit pricey for its quality.

Review: This was a great purchase because all the features are useful and convenient. I like how the water tank is detachable so you don’t have to take the whole unit to refill the water. There are 2 options for steaming, low or high. I like being able to use the steamer the my clothes hanging but for those who prefer it flat, it works just as well. The size is good for packing and traveling. It works wonderfully! I plan on buying another one for my parents.
