Review: Pretty nice. Good weight to it. Use it all the time now for steak, grilled cheese, anything that needs good sear and contact with the pan. Use only two fingers lightly if you want to press down for steak otherwise you press too much and the juice from the steak ends up boiling the steak rather than getting a good crust.
