Review: First, let me say that I am not very savvy when it comes to technology. After using micro-cassettes for dictation for 25 years, I finally decided to go digital. You need this for Sony digital recorders and the sound quality is excellent. It is easy to transfer files to my assistant for transcription and the files are stored for easy reference on the computer. My assistant was very pleased with this product. It’s easy to install and begin transcription in a matter of minutes. This is a great asset for any size business!

Review: The software was burned onto a blank disc and it seemed to install just fine, but when ever I try to load the program, it freezes up and says “Not Responding”. Feels like a waste of money.

Review: I am very happy with this purchase. I have been using this transcription kit for one week and have had no problems at all. Installation and setup were a breeze, and it does exactly what I want it to do: play .wav files through a USB connection, start/stop with foot pedals, can slow down or speed up the speed of the .wav file. I give it five stars with absolutely no reservation, and I’m very glad I purchased it in spite of some of the previous negative reviews.

Review: I purchased this after using one a faculty member owned. The software is a bit buggy, but considering its function, does an excellent job once you figure out how to tweak it to your specifications. Would buy again for transcription.
