Review: First thing to say, I’m a male (as skin types may be different, just wanted to make this clear). I have this for a couple of months now (maybe a year, not sure). I don’t use it daily, but maybe twice a week and I never charged them yet, still works great. Don’t remember how much I paid for them, but remember them being really cheap and because they were available in gray (meaning not a strictly girly color). I don’t have strong beard (actually barely have facial hair), so I like to do a clean shave usually twice a week and also tend to use face exfoliation soap before shaving and this thing really is great to use with that (or any face soap I guess). Quite gentle, but really helps clean the face – and for males definitely helps for smooth shaving after this. I don’t know what brand this is and I think I can safely assume it’s shipped from China and I can bet dropshipping is involved into selling these, but I would definitely buy it again if the one I got get broken or something – I am not sure if it will be possible to charge them without any issue (usually the charging on cheap stuff breaks before even used), but the charge it had so far was long enough and it’s still completely fine to use them without battery as well (in my opinion) – that said, I remember it was really cheap, so if there’ll be no charging issues, then 5 starts for this product is not enough 🙂

Review: Christmas present. Charged and worked well in January and February, all on one charge. Since start of March charge has lasted less and less, no only holds enough charge for one use. Not acceptable and nowhere near as good as previous version which only needed charging every few months. Really unhappy. Would like a replacement or refund please.Update: Following email, seller has refunded. Great customer service. Thank you.
