Review: Wasn’t sure about this at first. I have always used down or cotton filled duvets as I am a hot sleeper…. I use 4.5 tog even in winter most of the time, swapping to cotton fill in summer. This duvet is beautifully made but seemed rather flimsy by comparison. Not at all! I LOVE the way it drapes around your body and keeps you warm without overheating. I am a convert!

Review: This was a replacement for a lightweight silk filled duvet in use for at least the last 16 years. I have found in the limited time since purchase that this new quilt lacks sufficient structure in its construction and tends to bunch up overnight. Review: Es la primera vez que compro un nÃ³rdico de seda. DecidÃ darle una oportunidad a este tipo de tejido en un nordico en vez de los tÃpicos nÃ³rdicos sintÃ©ticos, de pluma o de plumÃ³n. Â¡Y ha sido un gran acierto!Buscaba un nordico que fuera capaz de regular la temperatura y transpirar, que te diera calorcito cuando fuera necesario pero sin hacerte sudar. Y cumple a la perfecciÃ³n. Lo llevo usando desde mediados de octubre aproximadamente (metido dentro de una funda de edredÃ³n de 100% algodÃ³n que compre aparte), y no me ha hecho sudar en ningÃºn momento, y tambiÃ©n me ha aportado todo el calor que yo necesito. Mi pareja (friolera) y yo (caluroso) lo compartimos al dormir, y no pasamos ni frÃo ni calor. Es genial.Paso a describir sus ventajas y desventajas, dejando claro por adelantado que sus ventajas aplastan a las desventajas aunque mencione algunas.Ventajas:- Muy transpirable, esto era lo mÃ¡s importante para mÃ. No te hace sudar, no te despertaras empapado en sudor como con otros nÃ³rdicos o edredones.- Precio muy bueno respecto a otras tiendas.- SensaciÃ³n de calided agradable que no agobia en ningÃºn momento.- SensaciÃ³n de peso ligero y agradable, que no agobia pero te hace sentir arropado y a gusto.- La seda es el material perfecto, porque tiene las ventajas de los materiales sintÃ©ticos (antiacaros, antialergias, etc) y las ventajas de los nÃ³rdicos de plumÃ³n (que en teorÃa son transpirables), pero sin las desventajas de esos materiales. Es un material que se siente muy suave al tocarlo, al frotarlo y que se hace agradable en la piel.Desventajas:- Este nordico en concreto se puede usar en todas las estaciones del aÃ±o, aunque creo que estÃ¡ pensado para otoÃ±o y primavera. PodrÃa llegar quedarse corto en calidez en invierno para algunas personas, segÃºn si son muy friolera o si duermen en un habitaciÃ³n muy frÃa. DirÃa que si la habitaciÃ³n estÃ¡ a menos de 16 o 15 grados, este nordico podrÃa no dar suficiente calor a las personas mÃ¡s frioleras.- El nÃ³rdico es blanco, pero al ponerlo a contraluz, cuando los rayos del sol o una luz muy fuerte (como la linterna del mÃ³vil) lo atraviesan, el tejido de seda interior se aprecia de un color amarillento. El nÃ³rdico tiene cremalleras para poder ver y tocar la de seda directamente (su relleno) y no hay ningÃºn problema, el relleno es totalmente blanco. Entiendo que es debido al tipo de luz que atraviesa la seda y el efecto que ven nuestros ojos, no parece debido a un defecto de la seda. Seguramente tambiÃ©n pasa con otros materiales de color blanco.

Review: Non amo le fibre sintetiche e tanto meno imbottiture con piume, quindi la scelta era seta o bamboo, tenevo d’occhio questa trapunta da tempo e appena l’ho vista in offerta mi sono deciso ad effettuare l’acquisto. La seta Ã¨ ipoallergenica e resistente agli acari della polvere, ideale per chi come me soffre di eczemi, inoltre ha delle ottime qualitÃ igroscopiche.Il pacco ci ha messo qualche giorno ad arrivarmi, la trapunta era contenuta in una sacca di plastica con chiusura a zip che mi tornerÃ utile nei periodi in cui la riporrÃ², all’interno era presente anche un foglio scritto in inglese che consigliava di lasciarla respirare un paio di giorni in modo che la seta potesse gonfiarsi un pÃ², se non ho tradotto male l’inglese c’era anche scritto di lasciarla una volta all’anno per qualche ora al sole in modo che si asciughi per bene.La trapunta Ã¨ realizzata in cotone a fiocco lungo di ottima qualitÃ che come tutti i buoni cotoni son sicuro che con il tempo diventerÃ ancora piÃ¹ morbido e bello, su tutta la circonferenza c’Ã¨ un bordino bianco perlato che rende molto elegante la trapunta. Ai quattro lati ci sono le classiche fettucce per legarla al copri piumino ed Ã¨ anche presente solo su un lato una cerniera che a solo scopo dimostrativo permette di visionare una parte di imbottitura in seta. I quadrotti cuciti oltre ad evitare che la seta si sposti rendono la trapunta molto bella ma secondo me Ã¨ meglio utilizzarla con il copri piumino.A livello di sensazione la trovo piacevolissima, Ã¨ leggera e morbida ma allo stesso tempo mantiene una temperatura perfetta, Ã¨ un 4 Tog e quindi in teoria non dovrebbe essere indicato per l’inverno ma essendo la seta termoisolante sono proprio curioso di provarla anche questo inverno.Per il momento promossa a pieni voti!
