Title: Best pillow I’ve ever had
Review: Excellent pillow, nice to have the soft and firmer sides. Will try the mattress from the same company too, I am that impressed! And I have tried so many pillows over the years!

Title: Loft too high for back sleepers
Review: Loft was too high when sleeping on my back and exacerbated a neck injury. Removed one of the soft pillows inside and it was too firm, giving me a headache. Ok for side sleeping but I do both. Annoyed that i have to pay to return.

Title: Great for side sleepers
Review: I have been using this for over a month now, and definitely find it helps my sleep. I haven’t reconfigured the layers at all, as it is fine as supplied. It is cool in use. My main tip would be to ensure you are using a larger pillowcase, as standard ones are tight leaving it too solid.

Title: Not worth the money for side sleepers
Review: I was looking for a firm yet lofty pillow as I was a side sleeper all the time. I used a pillow from kellysleep which was amazing for over 2 years. After fonally it became disintegrated, I researched for a better replacement and landed buying this one with more than double the price for the Kellysleep one.Initially it was uncomfortable to begin with, the firm side is like rock! Aftee some adjustment I thought it was working, then I started having a worst neck pain of my life. Ruling out other factors I realized it is the pillow that’s causing it. The pillow also have a weird thick hard side sim which chafed even with two layers of pillow cover and the thinnest insert. After going back to £10 ikea pillow my neck pain gone away. Such a waste of money. I also waited too long and now I cannot return the item. Everything is incorrect with it- the product itself, marketing, price. Will not trust Simba product anymore neither recommend it.

Title: It was great for 2 months
Review: It was great for 2 months. Now it’s lost shape and thinned down to the point where my elbow hurts during the night. I will contact them to see if they can send me an extra layer of the firm pad, but, for the cost of this pillow, you’d expect it not to become thin or lose firmness in 2 months.I’ve just contacted Simba. Let’s see what solution they come up with.

Title: Comfortable
Review: Not as soft as the gel or latex pillows, but unlike them this pillow remains perfectly supportive. Initially a bit high for sleeping on my side, but once I removed one of the layers it was perfect.

Title: Firm and provided good nights sleep
Review: It took me a while to get use to this as it felt very firm even with the 2 soft pillows over the coil firm inner, however I slept well. I would recommend persevering at least 10 days. I did try the Simba hybrid with nano cubes but this was too soft for me as a side sleeper with neck pain, not matter how I adjusted the filling – Simba were excellent when I returned this under their 30 day trial. My husband loves the hybrid Firm and I have now gone back to it, I like how it fills the space between my shoulder and head – feels supported.The pillow is a bit long for standard pillow cases to fit properly when tucking the end over so I can see the end of the pillow a little- it would be really good if Simba could make this just 2 inches shorter!
