Review: È stato un regalo che ho fatto questo Natale a una signora che ha raggiunto l’età di 90 anni e fa ancora in casa la pasta fresca e le focacce, ma inizia a trovare difficoltoso l’utilizzo della sua pesante e ingombrante spianatoia in legno tradizionale, troppo laboriosa da pulire ed anche non molto igienica.Ignorava l’esistenza di questo tipo di alternative, ma ora usa solo questo tappetino scelto in un delizioso color rosa.È facile da tenere pulito: può essere lavato in lavastoviglie, in quanto il materiale è resistente al calore elevato, ma la superficie è talmente repellente allo sporco che non si incrosta. È sufficiente passarci un panno umido e poi usare acqua e sapone sotto al rubinetto e può essere strizzato senza che perda la forma.Il lato posteriore aderisce perfettamente a piani di lavoro realizzati in qualsiasi materiale, mentre su quello davanti le scritte sono ben visibili per leggere i diametri e i centimetri, per adattare gli impasti alle teglie.Si sconsiglia l’uso del normale coltello per tagliare la pasta: sono compresi 3 raschietti che non rovinano il silicone.Può essere messo in forno: resiste a temperature che non superano i 230° C.La scoperta di questa cosa moderna ha tenuto la signora occupata un bel po’.Le ho consigliato di arrotolarlo quando non lo usa, invece di piegarlo.È stato veramente un regalo azzeccato. Di norma per le mie ricette io creo solo composti liquidi, ma mi ha fatto venire voglia di averne uno anch’io.
