Review: Comes in a quite thin and compact box, but is well packaged. You get the two pieces – the scales and the monitor which are completely separate.In the box are 4 AAA batteries, two for each unit. Both are easy to get set up and power up instantly. There were also 2 magnetic stickers (for the monitor) hidden in the battery compartment of the scales. You have to press the button on the scales for both units to connect. This lights up green to show its on, and automatically connects in a couple of seconds.Unless you have a specific need for separate units – i.e. you could put the screen on a wall – it does make it a bit overly complex. But the two units connect even with a couple of metres separation.Comparing to a standard Salter weighing scales, the weights shown are exactly the same, but you also get the added bonus of different weighing modes – g/kg/ml/pieces/oz/floz etc.Overall it works as it should, is small and compact. Great product.

Title: This compact set of scales is perfect for weighing all size of items
Review: Separating out the display and the scales part of this set of scales is a simple idea but works so well and makes weighing out bowls and items that are larger and could obscure the display a breeze.The set comes with the batteries that are needed to get started. Once both devices are switched on they are paired and you’re away. The scales have the basic set of functions that you’d expect being able to change the units (which will likely cover 90% of items that most people will be weighing) and being able to tare to weigh individual items in a single bowl. The display is bright and clear and makes for easy reading.A great set of scales!

Title: Good quality
Review: I really like these scales. The weighing pad is very small and easy to store, and having the read-out separate is a great idea. I can keep the pad stored away, and have the read-out attached to the wall, so I can grab it when I need to weigh something. With that said, I used the magnets to stick it to the wall, and one of the magnets has somehow detached and gone missing, which is mildly infuriating. So there might be an issue with the adhesive there. It comes with a little stand to hold the read-out, but it’s not really strong enough to keep it propped up.In terms of accuracy, it seems to be accurate enough for my baking needs, although I can’t really speak for smaller weights
