Title: Great teapot, pours well
Review: This was delivered promptly, despatched with just an address label on the printed product box – no exterior packaging or seal on the box at all. That said, it did arrive safely and intact.The pot pours well, the filter and lid fit and I like that the handle folds (easier to fit in a cupboard).I’m happy with my new purchase (replacing a broken glass teapot), I shall be making it a smart tea cosy that keeps the handle outside and I expect it to serve me well for many years.Overall, I would recommend the teapot when you want to make a BIG pot of tea.

Review: I’ve been on the hunt for something like this for sooooo long. It gorgeous and exactly what I needed. Yes, it’s a bit smaller than your average tea kettle but it’s plenty big to serve more than cup of tea and more. Based on reading the reviews from others, the little knob on top of the lid is confirmed plastic. My guess is this was done with the intent to be able to reduce the heat quicker if you were to take the lid off after the water had boiled (i.e if it were metal, metal is a better heat conductor). None the less, the lid unclips so just take it off when boiling the water to avoid melting.
