Title: Great eye cream
Review: This is my favourite eye cream. Absorbs well and feels lovely on the skin. Great on dark circles and under eye bags. I tried a cheaper eye cream after using this, but had to go back to this one as this works so well for me, better than others I have used. Good for sensitive skin too, as well as cruelty free and vegan. Annoyingly I’ve just seen it’s £8 cheaper on their website than Amazon at the moment!

Title: Left sore patches under my eyes
Review: When the item arrived it was a different shaped bottle to the stock images, with my bottle being slimmer and taller. This gave me enough pause to reach out to Sand and Skye directly to confirm that this was a verified store. I wanted to like this product and I gave it a go but it causes sore patches under my eyes. If you have sensitive under eye skin I would give this a pass. It also has a odd scent. It’s fragrance free but it has an unpleasant smell which I don’t find with my other fragrance free products. I’m using up my purchase on my chest and hands.

Title: Unscented, hydrating, only a little is needed – but the pump is broken.
Review: I’ve seen this brand all over social media this past year, but the sky high prices have always put me off ever trying any of their products. With that said, when this popped up to test, I just had to give it a go!The reason I took one star off the rating is because the product description confused me. I was looking to see what the ethics of this company were (cruelty free, vegan, organic etc) and I found the following:NATURAL SKINCARE THAT WORKS. Sand & Sky has a zero nasties policy. Made in Australia using natural and organic ingredients, our face cleanser is cruelty-free, paraben-free, gluten-free and 100% vegan.That sounds great… but this product is an eye cream, not a face cleanser. Either someone has made a bad copy-paste job or the company’s eye for detail needs improving. (I included a screenshot of this info where the above text is highlighted in blue.) The point is, nit-picking aside, I’m not sure now whether THIS particular product is vegan or not, but I’m taking a leap of faith and assuming it is.As for the cream itself, it’s quite nice. The pump works well… eventually – it took AGES to get the product to start coming out to the point I thought it was broken at first, but it’s fine. It’s unscented which is great for me as I have a VERY sensitive nose and can’t stand fragrance in skincare. It is very hydrating and you only need a very small amount, so the bottle should last a while. So far as results go, I can’t say I’ve seen any yet as I’ve been using it for less than a week, but I’m willing to persevere and see what comes of it.Overall, a nice eye cream that glides on and sinks in to the skin well. The brand doesn’t really have that ‘premium’ feel to it for me as the packaging is really basic and nothing about the product screams luxury, so I’m not sure it justifies that crazy high price tag.UPDATE: Edited to add that the pump IS broken as initially suspected, which seems to be a common problem with this brand judging by other reviewers experiences, which makes it VERY hard to get the product out of the bottle since it’s not a soft/squeezy type one.

Review: I’m not big on eye creams but I heard good thinks about the brand, so I thought I gave it a go.For me, it works. Very nice consistency, good smell. Packaging is lovely, not like it matters but still … nice to look at it on my shelf.I have some tiny lines under my eyes, those are gone instantly. It gives good moisture as well.

Review: I have incredibly sensitive skin so was glad to be able to use this product without irritation. Overall, I feel like my skin looks nice while I use this around my eyes but I had to be careful not to apply too much. If I did, it wouldn’t all absorb and I would be left with shiny skin. But using a pea-sized amount, I got great results without any shininess. I really appreciate that the product doesn’t have a fragrance.My main complaint is the packaging design was confusing to me– and this could very well be a “me” problem. I somehow overlooked that you pull off the lid to access the pump and instead twisted it open, which meant that both the lid and pump top came off. I used it for multiple days this way, very confused by what I had thought was a poorly designed applicator but was really the tube for the product to travel through. Well, that’s embarrassing, please learn from my mistake!
