Title: Great phone
Review: This is a great phone, a nice size so that it fits in your hand (I have small hands) and is comfortable to hold.The set up is easy but you have to buy the plug yourself as not included.My only disappointment is that the camera is not very good compared to other Samsung phones; but on a budget it is s great handset.

Title: 2 Year Guarantee
Review: This smartphone should be advertised with a 2 year guarantee. The 3 year guarantee is incorrect according to Samsung Warranty Department. Samsung only provide a maximum 2 year warranty. We made various enquiries that led to this discovery even though I have an invoice from Amazon stating 3 years warranty, it is actually invalid according to Samsung. Amazon had referred us to the manufacturer who set the record straight so do not be misled by this erroneous information. We are waiting to hear back from Amazon technical about this issue as I wanted a 3 year warranty since it was the main reason for buying this smartphone from Amazon. Another reason for choosing the A14 is that the phone itself has a low SARS rating. European measurement on head: 0.560 W/Kg, on body: 1.280 W/Kg. Other measurements vary depending on cellular, WiFi, or hotspot use. Currently this phone is ranked 9th with 30% of the legal limit according to rfsafe. A low SARS rating does mean that you will notice the phone has been optimised with this in mind. The A14 is not likely to be as responsive as you might find with higher SARS rated phones. This phone is excellent considering its intended market. It is slightly chunkier than you might expect but it is simple and straightforward to use. There is no 3 pin charger supplied; only a USB-C to USB-C cable. Fast USB-C chargers are available with an additional cable and fast chargers often have two ports for charging USB-B devices as well. I bought a dual port fast charger from Amazon. If you need to plug this phone into an older PC you will likely need a USB-C to USB-B cable (if you should want to transfer files such as photograps to an older hard drive). Military grade silicon covers for this phone are available for just a couple of pounds elsewhere. Cables are also inexpensive elsewhere. The A14 has good battery life and in our case the A14 was purchased to replace an Apple iPhone 6S. The phone had the on-screen option on first use of transferring data from a number of sources. Either by cable or wi-fi. We were able to select Apple iPhone option and this did indeed transfer most settings. A small glitch in not transfering all incoming mail server settings but these could be entered manually. On balance Amazon made everything much harder than it needed to be. Such purchases from Amazon should be seemless and their word should be their bond. 4 hours investigating the warranty, registering the phone, enquiries with Amazon that could have been spent setting up the new phone and transfering all the settings. At the time of this review Amazon are still advertising the phone with a 3 year warranty. I would suggest you contact Samsung first before buying. When you register the phone it clearly states 2 years warranty.

Title: Reliable phone
Review: Phone is fairly quick and has a decent camera. The battery will last about 2 days on a full charge. It comes with a lot of apps that you may not want but it is easy to uninstall them. Overall a good phone for the money.

Title: It works but not as well made as the a13
Review: When I charge this phone and use at the same time it lags very badly. I had to use my earphones to adjust the earphone jack port because it wasn’t done properly and wouldn’t fit the jack in properly too. And the selfie camera doesn’t adjust to light well at all. If you have a yellow light on in your room you will be yellow…

Title: Good smartphone for starters in 2023
Review: I chose the A14, as we have other Samsung phones in the family and we find them reliable and robust enough. The A14 was chosen to be a child’s first own phone with mid-range performance and low price.One negative is the relatively large screen/frame size, but it has excellent battery life in return.The 3 years manufacturers warranty offer was a big draw to this particular item on Amazon, but I was sceptical after reading some of the other reviews. However when I registered it with Samsung UK, it came back with 3 years warranty on their system. Happy days.

Title: Bad Phone Defective!
Review: Bought this a while back as I was going to use it as a work phone.Ever since buying it have had one problem after another!The phone starts freezing and gets stuck on different apps. It randomly takes me back to home screen and cuts off phone calls.Spoke to Samsung to troubleshoot the phone to see if it was a fixable issue and find out that it wasn’t.Spoke to amazon custsrrvice and they were off no help at all! They told me that I couldn’t get a refund and could only request a repair for the phone that even SAMSUNG themselves couldn’t fix! It had done nothing but hinder my work for months now and amazon are no help! I asked them for a refund and received a flat NO from them on the customer service chat. I even explained everything and the process I went through with Samsung Yet they said I couldn’t have a refund! Very disappointed in this product and in amazon with how they have handled my situation. I am a prime paying customer and use amazon often, but that will not be happening anymore and I will be canceling my prime as they have treated me very rudely and refuse to solve my problem!
