Review: Kettle – Kettle is brilliant – we live in a hard water area, but the kettle is easy to keep descaled. Lightweight but sturdy, the power cable is long enough without being too long.Toaster – The toaster is a little disappointing. It is lightweight like the kettle, but not quite as sturdy – it feels a little fragile. When I first used it it toasted well, however after 6 months I have had to turn the ‘browning’ setting up in order to get the same colour of toast that I originally did. It is not the easiest toaster to clean, but it’s definitely not the worst I’ve had.Would I buy again? Overall, yes I would, but I don’t know how the toaster would stand up to daily family use – the kettle would be fine.

Review: I have no idea why this is advertised on Amazon Australia, as it arrived with ENGLISH plugs. This is so frustrating and has annoyed me so much as it will be far too expensive for me to send these backâ€¦ and I will now need to pay an electrician to update the plugs. It should be REALLY CLEARLY stated that this is going to have THE WRONG PLUG for use in this country because I would not have purchased it if I had have known.Instead it says â€œUK imports may differ from local productsâ€ which is SO VAGUE. I canâ€™t tell you how annoyed I am about this.I bought both the kettle and the toaster.On top of this, it isnâ€™t as nice in person as it is in the photosâ€¦ I really am not happy with this purchase but I guess I am stuck with it now that I have it. Either that or post them back for the same price I spent on them.
