Title: Cheap, solid, works
Review: Very good value as far as I’m concerned. Completely straightforward to use: hold the unit and place the hook over the electric wire, stick the earth in the ground and watch the lights flash. Takes a minute every day or every other day to check my electric fence is working and chickens safe. If you have an electric fence it makes sense to have a tester and this one seems good. I’m not fussed about precise voltage reading: I just want to know a hefty voltage is going through this fence and this tells me.

Review: Works well and seems pretty accurate. Every time I put sheep in electric fencing I use this to 100% everything. Same as one of the other reviews my earth probe on mine also broke. But is still usable. Couldn’t expect to much from the price.

Review: I wish I knew these existed sooner. Having been taught to test electric fencing with my tongue, it was really good to know that someone invented a product that stops me from biting my tongue so much.Stick the pointy bit (earth) in the ground and the other bit touches the fence. Easy to read LED lighting to show how much oompf your fence is running.It’s that simple. I love this product.

Title: Easy and reliable
Review: I use this fence tester on my three strand electric fence to keep my chickens safe at night. This is far better than testers that simply make a noise to show that there is voltage as this tester gives an accurate voltage reading which shows if the level is high enough to deter predators.

Title: It does work
Review: This item does work but the little earth and did pull away from the wire after only been stuck in the ground about eight times. This happened on the second time of using it. It did slot back on fine but will always be loose now. I have bought the previous model before which lasted three years until the wire snapped with wear and tear, so I was a little surprised that this happened on its second day of use. It still works but is far more delicate then I’d like
