Title: Just what we needed for a hotel room
Review: We bought the kettle having discovered in advance that our hotel would not be supplying one. It proved to be very light, easy to pack and very effective. It does take longer to reach boiling point than a conventional kettle but not a great deal longer. Taking the kettle with cord to the bathroom to be filled wasn’t a problem. We used the 2 small cups included for drinks (quite adequate) but also used a cup to top up water and avoid a bathroom trip. In general, the kettle was just what we needed and good value.

Title: Boils nice and quick about 4 mins for the full kettle
Review: I got this to use on hookup or with the big power bank for our camper.We’ve been trying it out at home first with the power banks rather than go camping .Its quite a cute little kettle and can boil the max amount of water in around 4 mins.It has boil dry protection and the element is not visible.Cable is built in and it uses a 3 pin UK plug .The two supplied plastic cups are quite small but enough for a cuppa.There are two tiny spoons, these are much smaller than teaspoon size so alright for stirring in your sugar but eating a boiled egg would take a long time using one.The Kettle has an on off switch and a red light to show when its working.There is Automatic cut out on boil which works well though you do have to make sure you have shut the lid properly else it does not work.To open it ,you just pull up on the lid, it looks like it has a catch but that’s just a shaped bit to allow getting a grip of the lid.If you are wanting it for power bank/generator use the below test will be of interest.The power meter shows it can get up to around 930 watts, it never reaches 1kw but it trundles along between the 700w to 930w range .In the name of science ,I tried it with our 600w continuous ,1000w peak power bank and it isn’t enough to run it (it triggers the overload alarm) so you do need that 1000w continuous power source..On the bigger power bank which is 1000w continuous and 2000w peak, it runs perfectly.It obviously also runs when plugged into the wall at home.So far this has been a reliable little kettle with enough capacity (850ml)for 3 huge mugs of water or around 4 of its supplied cups

Title: It Boils Water but…
Review: A nice enough looking kettle, built to Russel Hobbs good standards. It takes a leisurely 5.52 minutes to boil a full 0.85l – quite slow but that depends on your requirements. The cups are next best thing to useless. They’re fairly small and if you put a very hot drink in them, they’re so thin, used be a risk. The spoons are the cheapest looking plastic items I’ve seen in a long time.All-in-all an adequate, but not impressive, travel kettle.

Review: the reason I bought this is because this is one of the rare kettle that run on less than 1000w.I can now use this kettle with my portable Ecoflow River battery that can support up to 1200w.use only 15% of my battery, and need to boil for 10 minutes.I also need to get electrician to replace the UK plug to Australia plug.Great buy!!!!!
