Review: This is a great compact set for keeping in your vehicle. I have been able to use it a few times for my car and my dad’s truck. The set is pretty tough, and the ratcheting action works very well. The handle has rubber on it helping to get a better grip and higher torque although it would be nice to have a rachet to go with it, this works well for most and the sizes cover all the most common nuts and bolts you would need for a set this size. My dad liked it so much I think I will be getting him one for his truck. Very compact and the extensions can stack to make it long enough to get in most a hard-to-reach places. I would recommend keeping a small rachet with the set to items that need to higher torque to break loose.

Review: I’ve been using the set on the right for a long time. It theoretically has a lifetime warranty, and it still works well, but I’m always looking for a nut driver and an adapter to 1/4″ square drive. So I got one of these. It has all the bits and sockets I need for small jobs. The 3-position ratchet (CW, locked, CCW) is smooth and pretty quiet. Two lengths of extensions mean this can be a regular or shorty driver. The 1/4″ extension will fit other 1/4″ sockets I already have (including SAE – this set’s sockets are metric).The shafts are magnetic: they grab the tips as you insert them. The tips will also conduct a magnetic field.The “magazine” is a little difficult to eject. You have to press pretty hard on the release buttons to get it to release.The bits in my old set have never failed. It will take a long time to see if this set can match that durability. Initial impressions are good though.
