Review: A great set of different sized brushes which have proved to be very good for painting all my skirtings and getting in to all the grooves.The bristles are synthetic and easy to clean. I found the paint went on smoothly and evenly but did have a couple of bristles shed whilst painting.Overall, a good value set and decent quality for the price – would repurchase and recommend.

Review: These brushes are fine for applying stains and some paints. The downside is that they seem to lose bristles pretty easily and they’re not exactly fine — they are more coarse and a bit uneven. I wouldn’t use them for finish coats because I’ve had to pick out some bristles as I work, and also because they have that coarseness to them.I do like that they are pretty dense. They seem to hold more stain and also paint than a super cheap brush. That lets me flood the surface and get good stain penetration. And I love the shape variety. I can get into smaller nooks and crannies than if I’m using only a flat brush.As far as price goes, I think it’s reasonable. A good paintbrush or stain brush is not cheap by any means anymore. This set gives you plenty to work with.

Review: These brushes are small in width so they are great for painting baseboards, which I am using them for, and for painting other small areas where you need more control. The bristles have tapered edges and are soft & stiff enough to allow me to apply the paint evenly, smoothly, and with some precision. The strokes are almost invisible. The handles are very long – for my purposes I would have preferred a bit shorter length as the handle will probably get in the way in tight areas and I don’t have as much control if I hold the brush near the ends. I would not use these for large areas due to their small size, but they are the perfect size for painting trim or touching up. These are well made and will last long with thorough cleaning and proper care.
