Title: Fantastic customer service
Review: My 15 year old grandson bought these earlier in the year and really liked them. He said the sound quality was really good and they held a charge for ages. Unfortunately he somehow managed to lose one in early December, so I bought him a replacement pair for Christmas. However, they didn’t charge, so I contacted the seller and they replied the same day. They sent a replacement pair which arrived on 30 December, much quicker than I expected. So, not only would I highly recommend the item, based on what my grandson said, but the customer service from this company is second to none. Title: They talk in Chinese, keep disconnecting, and fall out of your ear all the time
Review: They talk in Chinese so i don’t know if they are connecting, powering off… Who knows?They fall out of my ear all the time. I’ve tried the different sized earbuds, but just wandering around the house they throw themselves to the floor.Because of the design ypu can’t adjust them or even put them in yoir ear without turning them off/on etc, which combined with the chinese language and the poor shape means i spend more time swearing at them than listening to them. However they do have a decent sound quality when they are working and in my ear for longer than 10 seconds.
