The griddle pan acts as the lid on the deeper pan, and can be detached to become a separate pan, allowing you to cook two lots of food at once. The griddle pan is also interchangeable with the Ridgemonkey Connect Sandwich Toaster Granite Edition. Title: Great item
Review: Bought for use in my van on a gas stove. Really impressed, very lightweight and feels pretty solid.Only used the saucepan for now but boiled water really quickly.I did buy a pot lid holder to help simmering as you can only have it open or fully closed otherwise love it!
