Title: Great Knife Box
Review: This is my 2nd one of these. They are NOT easy to clean, actually impossible to clean. the old one lasted about 5 years and we are very happy with then. The problem is that water can get into them if knives are not dried properly. This then causes splines to stick together, making it hard to insert the knives. The case then fell apart at the seems.The new one arrived and is great. So, after 5 years of use I can’t complain that the old one failed – just got to remember to insert VERY DRY knives in this one! Highly recommended.

Title: Great idea, poor finish
Review: Nice weight, dimensions and appearance, and seemed solid enough. Unfortunately, the one I received had very poor finishing to the large side cut-outs (not sure what those are for to start with – it’s not ventilation since the instructions are explicit about making sure knives are perfectly dry before being inserted). These side holes were rough, unsealed and already dusty when I received the block. Since you’re only allowed to wipe the thing with a damp cloth (which would catch on the surfaces), it’s not clear how one is supposed to maintain the block’s hygiene. Returning for refund and trying another type.

Review: The delivery went well as always and the packaging was not damaged, but one side of the block was broken off straight out of the pack.Now I have to jump through the extra hoops to drop off the product and wait for the refund to be issued.Can’t recommend the product and surrounding service.
